IMHO it's because people were busy with real issues such as protests - less time for committing crimes.

ROSU intervention has helped situation in the north. Thaci was right after all. I bet this year there will be less crime.

I think it's because more Albanians decided to stay south of the Ibar.

Medić singled out illegal parking in Kosovska Mitrovica and Zvečan as a "particular problem".
That's really a horrible and serious crime! KPS must join all forces to fight it! Those minor things like the blooming drug trafficking can be neglected, for a while :)
