Actually, John, the mainstream left media will give this unfortunate minor event a lot more coverage than it deserves and jump to plenty of conclusions. Did you even know just last week a Moslem murdered his entire family in Dallas because the daughters were becoming too "Western" ? An infinitely more serious crime largely ignored by the "politically correct" press. And as to "home grown" terrorists, the violent and lawless OWS movement has caused tens of millions of dollars in damage through vandalism and sent hundreds to the hospital and worse. But many non-Americans still view this as a "protest" movement. Not many Americans do anymore. Finally, we Americans have sometimes differed with the nation formerly occupied by the English on the definition of a "terrorist". George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Sam Adams,etc. were all "terrorists" in the Crown's opinion. And the Crown had a point. The world is complicated.

Is this to be considered terrorism?

Well as it happened in the US and the targets were Muslims and the perpetrators were blatantly non-Muslims, I doubt Media will regard it as terrorism.

While it is true He was supposedly a Muslim, there is much speculation as to why the killings.
He was estranged from his wife, had to file for bankruptcy and they had lost their house.
Now was this a traditional Muslim killing over the daughters western ways? He was wearing a Santa outfit when found and the family had just opened their CHRISTMAS presents. Now you tell me was this a man on a psychotic break that happened to be Muslim(maybe) or was this a hardcore Mulim man whose daughters had strayed from the ways?
