IMF awaits decision on Serbian budget

It's sad to see the IMF dictating the budget.. That never happened when Milosevic was here..

Lol yeah as if that dictator was better.I do agree though that its rediculous to let the IMF dictate the budget,but thats what you get with a government like ours who are choking an economy with so much potential by constantly raising the dept by borrowing and not getting any value for money in those rotten deals and mass privatization.Its happening all over Yugoslavia.Hopefully it will end as we develop further.
