you are so right CON, as we are looking into flights to Beograd for summer.

the only alternative is to fly into Budapest, where tickets today are almost $400+ less per ticket, where a family of 4 saves $1600. Yes, you do have to deal with the transportation to Beograd, and crossing the border which can take hours, but if you get a private car/driver, it does offer a viable Plan B.

And so I have to agree with Con 100%. If only flights were cheaper, me and my friends will come more often than once a year. It costs between 300 and 400 euros per person just for a 2hrs flight (depends the season). Its way high expensive compared with other destinations. Low cost airlines should be considered. I am certain that with such, more tourists will come and also helps the economy alot. Serbia has alot to offer and its never enough. Let more ppl know the beauty of your country and help demolish any wrong perceptions. Serbians are very warm and kind at heart. They make you want to stay more and keep you wanting to go again and again. Looking forward for the 5th visit later in 2012.

Last time I invited some friends from abroad to Belgrade they asked for the National Museum, the Museum of Modern Art and the Cinematheque. Greetings from Potemkin!
Or would you prefer to get a wooden spoon from some boothes at Kalemegdan as a souvenir?
You get what you give1

It would be much higher if flights from America would be cheaper. It just costs to much. A family of 4 is $4600 Chicago to Belgrade. Thats crazy.
