Time has come for Presheva Valley Albanains to start putting their own barricades.
(Avni, 27 December 2011 15:25)

Why don't you start the first barricade by lying in the road, time for the albanians living there to go back to albania.
Since you albanians hate serbs so much why live in Serbia?

Halimi underlined that these unreasonable measures affect all citizens, mainly ethnicAlbanians from south of Kosovo, taking into account that the taxes, as he said, "are not charged at crossings in northern Kosovo".

LOL! This is what I have been saying all along. The only functioning "border" crossings are those separating Albanians from Albanians. Now they are charging €60 for Albanians to visit their family across the administrative line. They keep shooting themselves in the foot.

It is Thaci and his family that will start pocketing these fees while the Serbian government gets them the other way around. Meanwhile in the Serbian areas we continue to get free access.

Ethnic Albanians hate Serbs and Serbia. Am I correct? Why in the world would they want to go into Serbia then? Can someone please explain this to me. I do not care for anything Albanian, so I stay out of areas controlled by them. What am I missing here?

The problem is that on both sides some relatives of relatives are involved in the insurance scam and pocket the money. On the Albanian side it's the brother of Thaçi, do not know who is on the Serbian side but I would be very disappointed if not something of a similar nature.

What's the problem? Cars registered by the Kosovo authorities don't need to have a proper insurance, or what? Or are there too many faked/manipulated license plates so you cannot trust that cars decorated with such a plate have an insurance?

Don't worry Mr. Halimi ,bc, Serbian government(Boris) already talked to Edita and Insurance companies from Kosova and Serbia will sign an MoU(memorandum of understanding), so that people from both sides of the border will not have to pay insurance fees. I think we are making progress, after the first day of implementation on freedom of movement, but the coast was to high for ordinary citizens.
