700,000 KLA terrorists ! Woooow

And nice try dear with the "fleeing Kosovo becaue of NATO bombing". That "argument", or let's call it with the proper name - propaganda, has already been rejected by the Courts which have said that they did not flee because of the NATO bombing but because of the Serbian army. Sorry mate, that's been proven beyong reasonable doubt in a judicial decision in an international court set up by Russia, China and others.

i think you are clueless.. Why do you think Kosovo is loaded with so many albanians to begin with.. After WW2 they were flooding Kosovo and escaping the hell hole known as Albania..

Albanian had nothing to fear from the Serbian army and the police unless they were KLA terrorists.. and you do realize that the were fleeing Kosovo becaue of NATO bombing.. or are you still spouting the NATO propaganda line used to justify the invasion??

You need to learn the fact.. Kosovo is a hell hole now but so is most of the balanks the puppet regimes took over.. Kosovo is just a worst because they have a mafia running the goverment with no legit opposition anti-imperialst oppostion party.

Forward? Kosovo? You mean the drug trafficking increased, or there's more corruption now, or what? Sorry, I cannot see any progress worth a mention in Kosovo that happened in the last few years. No new investments, still 50% jobless, nothing.
(Comm. Parrisson, 26 December 2011 20:44)

Assuming all the above is correct, at least one progress has happened from the Albanians point of view - they no longer have to worry about the Serbian army and police.

"And as many others reiterated after her August visit, that does not imply all parallel institutions. Education and health care are, even according to the Ahtisaari Plan, institutions which would be in Serbia's jurisdiction," Vejvoda underlined

Oh dear, please don't say that... If some Serbs were to learn that under Andtisaari's plan education and health care institutions would be in Serbia's jurisdiction they will start building barricades at the doors of those institutions to prevent Serbia from controlling them. They are paranoid to the words "Antisaari Plan", regardless of whether it's good or bad for them.

"The recognition of Kosovo is not a condition for obtaining the EU candidate status or the date for the beginning of negotiations."

"The condition is the solving of a series of technical issues, Vejvoda told the Radio Free Europe."

"According to him, the abolishment of parallel institutions is also not a condition for the obtaining of candidacy in February or in March, or for the obtaining of the beginning of negotiations."

Well, well, well. My sense is that Madame Merkel has now realized that she bit off more than she could chew in her recent pressure of Serbia about Kosovo http://www.focus-fen.net/index.php?id=n266916 ...... I would interpret this as her climbdown -- but of course she can't say so upfront (and risk a blow to her credibility and prestige) and so she must have gotten this guy to backtrack for her instead.

Why, can you name one progress for Serbia in the last years other than delivering it's war criminals?

No need to recognise, but you have to do this, this, and that which in turn means recognition.
Once you do all they want you to do you have recognised Kosovo.

This man Ivan Vejvoda has done absolutely nothing to command this much media attention for the things he believes. He obviously pays the media to this much time dedicated to him. How he gets the money to fund all of this? I don't even want to know the answer to that.

EA

This guy is talking only general words. The solution is Serbia must recognise officially Kosovo independence and enter into mutual agreement with Kosovo institutions regarding the rights of respective minority rights with EU standards. Basic principle RECIPROCITY. Cheers!

Ivan Vejvoda is the Vice-President of the German Marshall Fund.

That should tell you all you need to know. He is paid by our enemies, and his job is to further the interests of our enemies. Whatever he says, consider the source. In fact, we should do the opposite of what he says.
