Why would anyone would want to give up their independence and become part of a isolated state like serbia? Moreover why would they give up all to become subservient to the Serbian Siberian mentality.

Serbia will never have acces to the sea and forever landlocked. That has been the wish of the Serbs since they came to the balkans but it will never come true

Peace on Earth from the evil ones!!!

Tadic is an insult to any Serb...

Most near-sighted people would agree with you.
Too bad for the Western scum bag politicians and their scum of the Earth leaders that they were too preoccupied making bombs and evil plans for God's children while God was handing out love and souls.
If Tadich was one of their own leaders of their own nationality, their media and historians,by now, would have already made him bigger than Ghandi, life itself,Abraham Lincoln,Jesus Christ and Martin Luther King--all lumped together,my blind brother.

LOL! Djukanovic and his party fought so hard to get independence from Serbia. He let Kosovo Albanians vote in the referendum but not Serbs from Montenegro (which should have been challenged more than it was) and put his entire career on the line in that referendum. Even Albanian criminals from Pec in Kosovo admitted to financing the referendum campaign.

Now that you are free from being in the same state as Serbia, what gives? You have your independence now, improve your people's living standards. These people strip Montenegro away and then blame Serbia for everything that is wrong in Montenegro.

Montenegrin students don't pay international fees, Serbia does not charge Montenegro as much as other countries for the export of its crops and yet not even that is good enough for them. Even a subservient gutless puppet like Tadic is not good enough..

Serbia should stop with the friendly treatment of Montenegro because it is only benefiting the very politicians that stripped it away. Students from MNE should pay international fees when studying in Belgrade, Serbia should raise the prices of its exports as well. When the Eurozone collapses what currency will MNE switch too? They have not had their own currency in almost a century so to who will they turn too, the Croatian Kuna?

Whenever a responsible Serb government is in power they should kindly explain to citizens of MNE that these actions are protocol for dealing with other countries. If you want a country then accept the reality of what it means to be on your own. If you want closer ties to Serbia and perhaps integration within Serbia (never again equal republic status) then vote for Serb friendly opposition in Montenegro and then when the Djukanovic clan is gone, we can talk about brotherly relations.

Don't forget, though, that even most Montenegrins who voted for independence have no inherent problems with Serbs. Half of the tourists who flock to Montenegro during the summer are Serbs from Serbia or the diaspora, anyway, and only as recently as twenty or so years ago was political and social integration with Serbia strong. Remember, Montenegro as a state is primarily revolved around tourism - and I'm sure you know of the popular stereotype of Montenegrin people within the former Yugo. Once Djuko and the Funky Bunch are gone, you can bet Northern Mitrovica that the subsequent government would be more, well, you know, "normal" when dealing with Serbs and Republika Srbija.

Djukanovic himself doesn't even care about relations between Serbs and Montenegrins - prior to the late 90s, he probably called himself a Serb all the time. But, you know, he's a politician, after all. And he illegally sells cigarettes - his word can't be taken THAT seriously.

"Tadic should do the same with K-Serbs and tell them to be loyal to the state they live."
(Agim Kelmendi, 25 December 2011 11:58)

That's not needed, neither, because K-Serbs are probably the Serbs who are most loyal to Serbia - the state they live in.

The bigger problem might be the K-Albanians: Because most of them are more loyal to Albania than to the 'state' they think they are living in, Kosovo. You can see it, for example, when they show flags of Albania instead of flags of Kosovo. I would worry more about that.
