Let's better say it like: He couldn't be convicted guilty because of disappearing and intimidated witnesses :)

That's not what the court said... for now he is as innocent as Milosevic

As far as Serbs being the evil I disagree. If you wanted to get rid of evil from Kosovo then you should've all moved.
(Peggy, 24 December 2011 01:56)

As for how many Serbs this man has moved out, there were many returnees during his only 6 months long term than for all other 6 years.
And how do you know for sure who he was calling evil. Perhaps he meant Serbian Army and police.

He is innocent of the charges and I don't understand why the legal concept of "double jeopardy" does not apply here. Why is he the only person to have a second trial at the Hague? Utter non-sense, especially considering the amount of Serbian war criminals allowed to roam free.

double jeopardy does not apply yet because the first judgmement where he was declared innocent by the lower chamber was not final; the prosecution appealed it. The Appeals Court rejected part of the lower Court's judgment and sent it back for re-trial.

Great to finally hear the truth coming from an Albanian. We all knew that the goal was to get rid of all Serbs from Kosovo but you guys never admitted it before.

Yes, I say it ain't so: Because Haradinaj is just a war criminal like Mladic, Karadzic, Gotovina - all the same kind, just on different sides.

It ain't so

Rather silly piece of trolling below for the first comment.
Haradinaj is going down and deservedly so. If he is found not guilty history will record that he was the only suspect that was tried twice and the witness threatening allegations.

What the court says and what we all know is true might be two different things, but it doesn't change anything.

Pls say it ain't so - your proud Albaniac hero is soon to be a proven murderer, not only of Serbs and other KiM minorities, but also of his own Albanians. Can you get lower than that? I wish for him eternal damnation, just like I do for Thaci, Ceku, Sejdiju, and all the evil organ-harvesting KLA. You people (Kosovo Albanians) may think you fought for liberation, but you, and your KLA murderers, are pure evil. Fighting for justice like a Che Guevara is one thing, but the Albanians injected pure evil into their supposed fight. Albanian, business as usual - and the the EU buddies up with you, pathetic in all regards!

Pls say it ain't so!!!
