Sounds to me like Northern Kosovo is under occupation not by democratic forces or forces of good, but evil. Star Wars is coming to a reality, we need Luke Skywalker to the rescue. Germans and Austrians in Serb lands haha, man history repeats itself but with different players.

I would not worry too much about the new tactics to be adopted by KFOR as new tactics are being worked out by Serbs and their friends outside of Kosovo.

Status quo still being maintained. Kosovo stagnation continues and will get worse as the “new recession” starts to bite. What the Albanians then.

I hope the Kosovo Serbs are updating their tactics. The next lot of KFOR have been practising barrier removal and riot control (via aviation week):

The operational reserve force (ORF) of NATO’s Kosovo Force (KFOR) began its first rotation since its deployment in August following unrest on the border with Serbia. In the New Year, the ORF will consist of elements of the Bundeswehr’s ABC Abwehrregiment (Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Defense Regiment) 750, Artilleriebataillon 295 and the Austrian army‘s Jägerbrigade (Light Infantry Brigade) 6.

The ORF has been preparing for its deployment over the last few months. In the last few weeks, it received its certification from the German army’s combat training center in Letzlingen. The training scenarios were based on the most recent experience in Kosovo and included a violent demonstration against the EULEX police and justice mission by 200 members of the combat training center and clearing roadblocks consisting of 80 tons of wood, concrete and stones."
