It is not a parallel institution as Merkel claimed. Kosovo UDI is illegal and never recognized by Serbia and the UNSC. therefore that so called "parallel" institution is the legal goverment there. The one in Pristina is illegal and should be dismantle instead.

It has never failed to amaze me how the Serbs view 3 days in 2004 as a hundred times worse than 10 years in the 90's.
