Serbian side already stated that Kosovo province should be represented by or with UNMIK as per UNSC resolution 1244 in any regional forum. 1244 is always been Serbia's reference in dealing with the province. it cannot be nulified or cancelled without the UNSC.

Absolutely, that's what everybody is saying that Kosovo should be represented in accordance with its UDI which is in accordance with Resolution 1244. For those who have forgotten, Resolution 1244 is still in force and will be in force for a very long time to come.

How about the condition of abolishing serbian institutions in N.Kosovo?
He forgot to ask Merkel about new conditions.
It seems that each EU beurocrat has his/her own conditions.
