You're a bit confused about the ICJ decision, there was nothing meaningless about their reply. They only answered the question asked of them by Serbia. Unfortunately for you, it was your very own foreign minister, Jeremic, who posed the question, but rather poorly. Having the inexperienced little Vuk represent Serbia at the ICJ only caused more humiliation for Serbia in front of the whole world. Next time, don't send a boy to do a man's job.
(The Count of Kosova, 21 December 2011 05:52)

The question was posed by the Tadic’s regime to appease the US. The ICJ decision on Kosovo will be placed in a corner and never revisited again otherwise you will have hundreds of little aspiring nations going for separation – look at Indonesia, it’s made up of over 1,000 islands.

It is now clear that Serbia’s question was specifically done to avoid the putting the ICJ into a position where it would have to reject the US desire for Kosovo to receive some form of legitimacy, but the US did not want it to go too far otherwise it would give every tin pot group would want independence. As an independant court it could have not only given its opinion and also added that Kosovo is independent, but it NEVER did that. As you US friends why.
It matters little because soon Kosovo will fail – watch the next EU recession or it should actually be called Depression and see how well the Albos live in abject third world poverty while you Thaci puts the boot in to anyone who dares to complain.

It is well known that the ICJ made one of the most idiotic statements in legal history and in fact it was and is meaningless. To say that the act of declaring independence was not illegal, but then stop there and not proclaim Kosovo as independent is not just BS its legalistic quackery. The ICJ made no precedent at all as it will be left in a corner to rot on its own and never revisited by that august group again.

"United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 of June 10, used the words of “hundreds not thousands,” of Serbian Police and Army that would be allowed back into Kosovo."

UNRES 1244 is not valid, since Serbia violated it when it adopted its "Constitution" in 2006.

United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 of June 10, used the words of “hundreds not thousands,” of Serbian Police and Army that would be allowed back into Kosovo.

There are some People who say that this figure represents 1,000; whereas, the Facts are that 1,999 is not thousands, but is hundreds, while other would say that 1,999 is not hundreds, 1,900 is 19 hundred, but it is not thousands, because there must be at least 2,000 for that.

It could be argued that 1,999 is in fact 19.99 hundreds and I just thought I would mention that exact number of hundreds but not thousands, is debateable.

The ruling does not legalise the udi. It is as valid for Serbia to defend its territory by force as it is for anyone to declare a udi. Both are not illegal - but not necessarily able to be implemented or secured.

It is also as valid for the North of Kosovo to declare a udi. I don't know why they don't do it right now and then apply laws of self-determination for themselves.

Anyone can declare a udi. In fact anyone can do it any day of the week. I did it last Wednesday and no one even noticed.

Little Ivica has been making some very nationalistic statements lately so to get his EU bonus he comes out with this little earner – balance the view. Little Ivica is part of the problem in Belgrade not part of the solution. He is sucking up to the EU paymasters, that is all.

The most stupid analogy I have come across recently. Kosovo isn't putting food on your table, obviously. For food, you have the northern former Hungarian province of Vojvodina in the Pannonian Basin.

Regardless, your brethren in Kosovo have been on Serbian government payroll since 1999, collecting inflated salaries, while at the same time, collecting pay from Kosovo's public sources. They have had this since 1999, and they do not want the double-dipping to go away. It does not matter what you, Dacic or anyone else in Serbia says - it's about the money!

Return of Serbian police to Kosovo “unrealistic”, opsss....you realised now that that is unrealistic. Many clever Serbs realised this already in 1999.

It is a pitty who represent Serbs in local and international scene. No wonder since the FM is a tennis ambasador/'player' and does travel as a toursim hobby, someone has to care of foreign affairs. PITTY to what state Serbia has arrive.

For now Dacicu, but at least we know we are capable of ruling Kosovo without anyone's interference.

Oh yes, the murderous KLA got shiny new Western uniforms, but could they defend their occupation if it came down to a war, Serbs vs Albs? NAWW

If they did, then in July when Thaci sent his boys to Mitrovica to take over the checkpoint, only to get absolutely embarrassed and went back to Pristina with one less man.

Keep this in mind Thaci, without Western help...not only could you not take on the state of Serbia..you would end up losing to the remaining Serbs in Kosovo.
