Always this non-argument. The partition of Serbia into Serbia and Kosovo and redrawing the artificial Kosovo border was the real precedence. The 'multi-ethnic' illusion proved itself to be wrong. After 100.000s of Serbs fled or were expelled, Kosovo is a more or less mono-ethnic Albanian state with a few leftovers of minorities (Serbs, Roma, Croats..) which are harassed, discriminated and, that way, which will be 'expelled', too. That's how the population sees it and the Kosovo state organs act.

I wonder why Serbia should care about other countries' borders when these countries don't seem to care about hers?

Why should Serbia care about other countries interests in the region, when they cleary didn't care about Serbias' interest when they recognized "kosovo"?

According to this Person, a Partition of Kosovo would not be a good example for other countries in the region because it could affect other Countries’ Borders, but a Mono Ethnic Albanian Kosovo would a supposedly good example for Europe who had two World Wars fought over the issue of Ethnicity.
