At least ordinary Serbs could live in Northern Kosovo while they left or are leaving from "civilized enlightened places" in the South with silent agreement of KFOR and EULEX.

It was not the Croats' fault that Serbs were bombarding half of Croatia, just it was not their fault that most of Serbs were fleeing before even one Croatian soldier was on the move, and it was certainly not their fault that fleeing Serb tank were "heroicly" running over their own refugees.

Concerning Kosovo, you simply don't know when it is enough, only when it is already to late.
