The governments of Serbia and the Serb Republic (RS) signed three agreements in Belgrade on Friday, after holding a joint session of the two cabinets.

What is the big deal?
Mind that RS can only become independent if Bosnia as a whole agrees. Same goes for Serbia and its province of Kosovo of course!

Lenard, I suppose it must be difficult never having grown up. Perhaps hate filled rants are the only way of getting noticed. But I have to say it is becoming rather tiresome.
