Then would you care to show us where did that ICJ advisory state that “Serbia erased their right to use UNSCR 1244 when they violated it on the 8th November 2006 with their constitution” or words to that effect?
I’m talking about that ICJ in the Hague, of course, not the one in the Twilight Zone of your mind.

Without 1244 Serbia has a legal right to defend its territory by force.
1244 is already breached by the udi attempt.
1244 is written in terms of applying within the territorial integrity of Serbia.
The 'kosova' project is a transient, and the thought of a weak little province being a state is a joke. There is more merit in the idea of Manchester or Marseille being states - it would be less (or just as) ludicrous.

And you presumed yourself a qualified judge to declare that they have indeed "erased their right"? Even when nobody in the UNSC (or the EU or even the Yankees for that matter) has come to that conclusion? Talk about delusions of self-grandeur!

No no no! UNSCR 1244 guaranteed the FR-Yugoslavia's sovereignty over Kosovo for the INDEFINITE FUTURE, meaning that FR-Yugoslavia's sovereignty over Kosovo was NOT A PERMANENT GUARANTEE per UNSCR 1244. The Successor of FR-Yugoslavia was Serbia and Montenegro, which itself was replaced by two states and succeeded by Serbia according to the Serbian constitution (which I will come back to later). So Serbia is the successor to the successor of FR-Yugoslavia. Part of the FR-Yugoslavia's successor aka Montenegro, recognises Kosovo.
Anyway UNSCR 1244 said that Kosovo's final status (as Kosovo according to UNSCR 1244 is only apart of FR-Yugoslavia for the indefinite future) must be mutually agreed by both parties. The government established in Pristina per UNSCR 1244 tried and tried to discuss and negotiate the final status of Kosovo and Belgrade did not care at all and just ignored the government in Pristina. Belgrade did not want to discuss the final status of Kosovo and was just happy with the then status quo. Anyway along comes 8 November 2006 and the National Assembly of Serbia unveils the Constitution of Serbia. The Constitution of Serbia states that it "defines the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija as the integral part of Serbia", meaning that Serbia violated UNSCR 1244 in November 2006 as Belgrade unilaterally finalised Kosovo's status without giving anyone in Kosovo a say. The referendum on adopting the Serbian Constitution was not even carried out in Kosovo. The people of Kosovo and the authorities in Kosovo had no say over Kosovo's final status, it was not mutually agreed by both parties which UNSCR 1244 clearly states the case must be. As Serbia violated UNSCR 1244 in November 2006 with their constitution which unilaterally finalised Kosovo's status, this gave Kosovo no option but to declare independence. They had tried to negotiate the future of Kosovo's status, but Belgrade ignored them; Belgrade unilaterally finalised Kosovo's status without giving a single person in Kosovo a say. There was no mutual agreement by both parties. This is why it is ironic how Serbian politicians talk about UNSCR 1244 with such grace! Hypocrites!

Of course, denying the reality is pathetic. But what is the reality: Kosovo declared itself independent. The majority of the countries didn't recognize it. UN1244 is still valid. So in reality, Kosovo should be represented honoring UN1244, i.e. as UNMIK-Kosovo

Which other European countries fought 4 wars?
Thats easy... the Nato alliance. Now get this, you're gonna love this part. The difference between Serbia's wars and the ones you "conveniently" forgot. Nato was NEVER attacked! Whereas Serbs / Serbia was. That's what i call genius propaganda folks. Hitler "the peacemaker" as he SUCESSFULLY portrayed himself as (back then) would be proud. Your hypocritical "Constitution" is illegal, NULL and VOID in Kosovo as the constitutional referendum excluded Albanian voters from the balloting about the document which states that "Kosovo is part of Serbia"?!?
Political analyst Vladimir Goati (Transparency Serbia) said that "It is pointless to state that they are not on the voter list, because they are boycotting all Serbian elections. If you recognize someone as a citizen of your country, then you cannot take away his or her right to boycott."
That would be like Albania holding a referendum on a constitution that says that Serbia is a province of Albania, but Serbian residents cannot participate in that referendum.
I am glad though that this hypocrisy gives you a sense of "security", like a teddy-bear to a toddler going to sleep.

Serbia needs first to stop and find it self:
a) Are we Europeans and do we want to move towards EU or
b) go Towards Russia.
This is simple you can not have both, no one else should make that decision for you but please for sake of your own people make it soon.
