The Serbian Defense Ministry said KFOR had not provided it with any footage of the conflict between the citizens and international forces in northern Kosovo.

Because then the public pressure on KFOR and Prishtina will be so big so they will have to act and arrest the criminals in north.
While we all know that the criminals in north have political, financial and organisational backing of Belgrade/Moscow.
So the EU approach is then changed to no-candidate status, progress in talks and so one. In other words I will not risk my soldiers life’s and the stability of the region for some useless hills there but if you insist i will then close the roads to eu and taps of the €U funds of several hundred of millions (hopefully).
