And the only way a T-90 will show up in Kosovo is when the Russians will sell some to the KSF.

eBay is out there, Kosovo Albanians already sold their Bes(s)as for few Dollars, not my fault you don't have enough money to get the T-90 Canons. Sell more Besa. Ooops, sorry, forgot - you don't have any left. Bad luck. Kosovo Albanians: no cannon, no besa - only Hashish Thaçi... sitting on the top of the tree, hitting each other head with banana, no ladder to climb down the tree and the evolution is nowhere to see.

Your KSF needs more banana first and some evolution. T-90 only after that.

Of course, that's why customs officials are at the crossings (with the support of Eulex and KFOR) to implement UNMIK Regulation no 3 of 1999 that requires collections of customs taxes for goods destined to Kosovo. So you got it 100% correct, my friend - I couldn't have explained it more clearly than you.
(icj1, 15 December 2011 03:27)

Are they going to collect taxes from humanitarian aid? Or Albanian custom officers want to collect bribes from humanitarian aid?

Dragon,

Your little, fire breathing, tirade is all about getting your Serbian pride hurt. It all started when Serbia had her nose bloodied in 1999 So then Serbia cried for her little mommy, Russia, and now she has just got her nose whacked by the same folks that bombed Serbia. Dragon, your acting like a spoiled child, get over it, Kosova is independent and will never be ruled again by Serbia.

Analyst, they interpret the news to their liking. The Internationals tell Pristina every move to make, yet the asylum seeking Albanians here still believe that Pristina is in charge.

Thanks for confirming that the dispute is whether Pristina or the international are in charge. There is no dispute that Serbia is not in charge

here some help for you, Mary, my g/f.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canon_T90

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T-90

As you see, "T 90 Canon" and "T 90 Cannon" is not the same and Albanians should be more afraid of Canons in Russian hands recording their cirimes against humanity. Hence the humanitarian help (to Serbs) in form of T-90 Cannon is desirable. Now you became a lot more smarter and educated, dear Mary. Kosovo needs T-90 Cannons badly.

Comrade Putin, the sell-out is your best friend because if you give him enough Dollars he will wear a white skullcap and change his name to "Illir Puqine". You shold have Puqine Street next to Yeltsin Square next to your Clinton boulevard in Prishtinë, capital of Kosova Nopublic.

I didn't forget it, in the contrary, I support EULEX in that point to escort them. There is no problem when EULEX and Albanian officers observe each step, making sure that those Ruskis don't make even one step which they might regret. Konuzin realized that his propaganda stunt would be entirely thwarted when he would be encircled completely by those officers when those goods are delivered, because it will show that they have zero saying in in the Balkans, especially in Albanian space. This is why he weeps and whines at the border.

This comment just shows how clueless you are. Russians and Serbs are not only friends, allies, share a religion, but they are also brothers. This is something which you do not have the capacity to understand. The US, Germany...etc...don't give a crap about albanians and will throw them under the bus eventually, but Russians will never do that to Serbs. That is what you fail to understand, and that is why we are in the driver's seat.

Canadian Serb I understand the pain of being uprooted and I do not blame you for going to Canada its your choice but why do not move to Russia now where you think your interest lie and not in West.

Same thing hapened to K-Albanians in 1999 i know Serbs do not believe this but it was horror same as Iran things no one killed 6million jews. But the truth is K-Albanins were treated the same as your family did during NAzi Croatian period.

I am my self been displaced and live in west but as to contrary that Serbian paramilitary Kicked me and my family in the street ( I was forced to come here) no one is stoping me move where i want, if i did not like where i lived or political structure i would move now i have the freedom to do so.

And I tell you never had anything to do with politics my father has PHD from Beograd University but when i reached the border I was taken away my passport or any document we had, I was born in Jugoslavia and proud to have lived in it but the treatment we got from Serbia during 1990s is unforgettable. No one here ever speaks about K-Albanians having to live in brink of society I was in Handball team and could not practice we had to be outside, not allowed to go to school or have any writes.

Its eassy to speak about Roma and jews in forum but Serbia does not treat them much better thats why they escape as asylum seekers in EU and you know word Cigani and the brand not to have a chance to get normal job.

So in the future just remember when you speak the pain is felt same by all people regardles if Serb , Croat or Albanian they to do suffer as our family has in the past. I hope you put your self in others shoes as much as you like us to be in yours.

Indeed, they could have crossed already if they would follow all standard procedures. But since this is hollow publicity and propaganda stunt, those Ruskis will not cross even an inch into Albanian space, as long as they don't comply to Albanian rule. Got that? No?? Then enjoy your never ending stay at the border.

LOL I think it's so cute you're still trolling around here trying to make it look like Albanians are in charge of this or have some say at all up there. Maybe you forgot the part where EULEX offered to provide escort to the Russian convoy and was refused. That's the standard procedure. Not some mandate from Pristina. Let's get one thing straight, no one in the world gives a crap about Albanians. It's the land that these other Eurotrash countries are after. It's 2011, we don't have secret treaties and empires anymore. The new way to take over a sovereign nations land is to base occupation on factless lies. That's why the Germans are in the province of Kosovo. It's their first time in the area since WWII. Today's crafty Germans are a little more sly, they're now buddies with America... although they both have different agendas. No one get's up in the morning thinking "how can we help Albanians"! In fact, I'm sure at some point Albania itself will be occupied by the very same outside forces they look up to.

LOL I didn't read one thing about Albanians having any input in this. It's EULEX vs. Russia. Albanians are "observers", as they've always been in that place they think is their "country". When a solution it found, it will be between EULEX and KFOR. Albanians can only watch :)

Russia is your master now fighting on your behalf Serbia. Dont criticize Kosova for having great friends like Europe and the USA who fight for their rights. Its a part of the political game. ???? Everything you wrote is a damn lie. The regular Serbs and Serb supporters on this forum were applauding the Russian response. Only the fakes (ie the "Serbs" that only reply to the forums during the gay parade issue to show their support for the gays) were against the Russians "interference.

Kosovo does not have great friends. "Europe" and USA recognized Kosovo because they wanted the albanians out of their own countries. You guys are a disaster everywhere you go, even Albania is a hell hole and so the powers that be decided to make another prison for your people and sent you back.

EULEX has no issue with aid being given to Kosovo-Serbs.

There are two reasons why the aid is being blocked by EULEX.

1) The truck drivers are refusing the "aid" to be inspected. Is this aid out of date like the "humanitarian aid" from Russia was back in 2008?

2) They are refusing an EULEX escort as they travel through North of Kosovo aka the truck drivers are refusing to abide by standard procedures. This was agreed by Kosovo, Serbia and the EU during the recent Belgrade-Pristina negotiations.

The truck drivers have one aim, to cause a scene because it is all a publicity stunt by Russia. Russia accepts the authority of EULEX yet they won't let EULEX escorts, what is the issue? So what if they are manned by ethnic Albanians from Kosovo? Accepting escorts from EULEX is not accepting the institutions of Kosovo. The aid could have been with the Kosovo-Serbs by now had the truck drivers accepted the standard procedures. It is the truck drivers who are stopping the aid from getting to the Kosovo-Serbs, not EULEX. The truck drivers want to make it seem that EULEX are blocking aid but the aid can't get to the Kosovo Serbs because the truck drivers won't follow rules and regulations.

So who is really to blame for the delay in the aid to Kosovo-Serbs? The Russian Truck Drivers under orders from the Kremlin.

I’m waiting Belgrade to do something for “Kosova is Serbia”. How is this possible, that a friend like Mr. Mr. Konuzin can not pass things in such “provincial administrative border”. Is this border more important than the border of Serbia? Mr. Konuzin after passed the border of Serbia with his goods get sleep and tell the staff to awake him when arrived in N.Mitrovica. Now what is happening? He has to sleep two nights or more to this provincial border. World is strange. Don’t worry mr. Konuzin, sometimes even diplomats don’t know the procedure.

And people using logic find even an easier life. Why should EULEX demand to use this checkpoint if not requested by Prishtina? Jarinje is indirectly under Albanian control. The fact that Russian trucks are not allowed to cross is the very proof of that, but don't worry, maybe Albanians are in a good mood and let them pass soon.

Russian humanitarian aid still at Kosovo border because Taci rules there. This why EULEX is firm. AFter all Tadic needs to contact Taci as Kosovans will not let humanitarian aid come through without proper inspection, which after is fair as it can contain arms or other illegal material.

This is Blackmail
This is aggression
this is occupation (both in Kosovo and in Belgrade).

Once again the United States and Germany are carving up Serbias land and slapping the entire nation of Serbia in the face. Operation Storm 2 is inevitable, but Kosovo is much closer to Serbia than Krajina was. Just like in 1914 we have been given an impossible and humiliating ultimatum and once again Germany and her allies are the culprits. History is repeating itself, it has started the same way and it will end the same way.

Dispicable behaviour by EULEX. Konuzin is smart, he knew this would happen, and wanted to show the world what the German run EULEX was all about. This is now becoming a standoff between Russia and Germany, with the Russians supporting humanitarian aid and international law, and the Germans supporting a fake, illegal, and immoral 'state' run by terrorists and organ snatchers.
EULEX, you are disgusting. What's next, rubber bullets to stop humanitarian aid? You are showing the world who you are, a bunch of imperialist criminals who want to squash freedom and independence. Occupiers, go home, or else you will be forced out eventually.

I like what she says and I'm glad the Russians are beginning to listen. Check -> http://english.ruvr.ru/2011/12/14/62208820.html

Here are some extracts:

"Most of us want to go to the Eurasian union with Russia and other countries. This is it."

This is becoming a hot issue in Russia. It will most certainly strengthen support given to Serbia. Here is an interview conducted by Voice of Russia with Aleksandr Konuzin but more interestingly with Daniela Dragovic, a Serbian political activist. I like what she says and I'm glad the Russians are beginning to listen. Check -> [link]

Here are some extracts:

"Most of us want to go to the Eurasian union with Russia and other countries. This is it."
(Zoran, 14 December 2011 17:08)

Is Russia really helping Serbia and the K-Serbs or is Russia just serving their own interests at the expense of Serbia and K-Serbs? Ever thought that this is just one issue/ diplomatic battle for Russia in a global power struggle with the US as Moscow desperately wants to be a superpower again?

Russia cares for Serbs about as much as the West cares for Afghans, Iraqis and Libyans.

Ian, UK

pre 12 godina

Same thing hapened to K-Albanians in 1999 i know Serbs do not believe this but it was horror same as Iran things no one killed 6million jews. But the truth is K-Albanins were treated the same as your family did during NAzi Croatian period.

Serbs must take under serious consideration these patriotic recommendations coming from a Canadian Serb who first of all is citizen of Canada. Whatever may happen to Serbia, the proud Canadian Serb will not face consequences that Serbian Serbs will.
(Simpatiku, 14 December 2011 15:53)

Maybe in your simple mind. You are either very naïve or choose to believe your own nonsense. I know it’s very hard for you to swallow the bitter pill, the idea that Diaspora Serbs are not letting there brethren down. We mite not be in Serbia at the moment but we feel our peoples pain. And people like Canadian Serb, me and millions of other Serbs around this world will never aver give up on our people and there fight and struggle for gods given freedoms and normal life. We will be with them every step of the way. Morally, financially, fiscally if necessary what ever it takes, and as long as it takes. So if I ware you I would buckle down because you’re in for a rough ride. I promise you that.
And I for one am glad that Russia is getting more and more involved in Serbias struggle ageist our enemies.

Russia cares for Serbs about as much as the West cares for Afghans, Iraqis and Libyans.
(Ian, UK, 14 December 2011 19:24)

This comment just shows how clueless you are. Russians and Serbs are not only friends, allies, share a religion, but they are also brothers. This is something which you do not have the capacity to understand. The US, Germany...etc...don't give a crap about albanians and will throw them under the bus eventually, but Russians will never do that to Serbs. That is what you fail to understand, and that is why we are in the driver's seat.
Cheers!!

Some were yesterday laughing that Albanians were not in charge of the border. Well, apparently Albanians are in charge of the border. Why else there is no going forward? Because of EULEX? Why should EULEX stop it?

Welcome to Kosovo where Russian goods only pass when Prishtina allows it.
(Berk., 14 December 2011 09:51)

LOL I didn't read one thing about Albanians having any input in this. It's EULEX vs. Russia. Albanians are "observers", as they've always been in that place they think is their "country". When a solution it found, it will be between EULEX and KFOR. Albanians can only watch :)

What's next, rubber bullets to stop humanitarian aid? You are showing the world who you are, a bunch of imperialist criminals who want to squash freedom and independence. Occupiers, go home, or else you will be forced out eventually.
(Dragan, 14 December 2011 13:20)

Check -> http://english.ruvr.ru/2011/12/14/62208820.html

Here are some extracts:

"The biggest part of Serbian people don’t trust our politicians and put all their faith in Russia and God. They are grateful for all Russian help."

"Most of us want to go to the Eurasian union with Russia and other countries. This is it."

To Simpatiku and engineer,

Actually i am affected...most of my family is in serbia....some in croatia...i visit almost every year....send money....drink sljivovica when I see them....have fun, like you two would not believe..I fled Croatia in 93...to survive ethnic cleansing and systematic destruction and murder of anything that was OF SERBIAN, JEWISH, ROMA BACKGROUND...that Croatia and its Nazi friends were preparing to do for the second time in last 50 years.....WW2 and Jasenovac and other concentration murder camps where 700 thousand serbs slaugtered.... innocent victims under the knife of Pavelic and with the support of Vatican church....This time Croats with NATO expelled half of million of serbs from Croatia and murdered thousand of innocent others.....
Engineer I dont see your point....just because I support Russians and Serbs does not mean I have to live there...the life has dealt me this set of cards...and canada is my home now....but my heart is still with the serbs and kosovo....This is what Russians think about Serbs

Analyst, they interpret the news to their liking. The Internationals tell Pristina every move to make, yet the asylum seeking Albanians here still believe that Pristina is in charge.
(winston, 14 December 2011 11:18)

Thanks for confirming that the dispute is whether Pristina or the international are in charge. There is no dispute that Serbia is not in charge

You don't know that the command chain is UNMIK -> EULEX/KFOR -> Pristina, and not vice versa, do you?

Ever thought that this is just one issue/ diplomatic battle for Russia in a global power struggle with the US as Moscow desperately wants to be a superpower again?

Russia cares for Serbs about as much as the West cares for Afghans, Iraqis and Libyans.
(Ian, UK, 14 December 2011 19:24)

As much as you hate Russia you can’t change the fact that any country that can destroy the world three times over is a superpower.

In the second part of your comment I’m sure you mistakenly left out Albanians. lol…

Do us all a favor "Grow up and join the adult club"
(Jeff, 14 December 2011 17:51)

Which one, boyfriend? The one that:

Is responsible for the Euro crisis

or

The global econonmic crisis

or a german economic dominion

or maybe

The carnage of Iraq and Afghanistan that has killed well over a million civilians and massively boosted anti-western terrorists and armed them with a sophisticated knowledge now widely shared of improvised explosive devices?

That's quite a record for your 'adult club'. Not that any of them are responsible for any of the above, being civilized 'n'all.
