You know 'Kosova' sic, has an Ombudsperson? He and his team have done nothing since Marek Anton Nowicki's term was not renewed a few years back becaus he openly criticized western forces ignoring albanian crime against non albanians (read his 'Pro Memoria'). It was about the only organ respected by Serbs and Albanians on the territory. The old yearly reports are still available from the website and you can read in black and white how the new overlords treat the untermenschen.

Lets speak about human rights. Two days ago a leading contender for the Republican presidential nomination ( a man who has for the last 30 years forged American foreign policy) stated that the Palestinian people do not exist! Newt Gingrich, who leads the polls and may well be the next american President, has proclaimed that the Palestinian people are not a real people and that they dont really exist. Follow Newt and Hillary into your Democratic revolution-and in 100 years your children will be too ashamed to utter your name.

-Marković told reporters that there certainly were no discriminated groups in Serbia and that the government was very active in the human rights area.-

Right, so what planet does this hack live on? the govt is "very active" in the human rights area?! yes, in blocking and debasing them! how dare you insult international human rights day with yr lies, markovic! you are the one that should have resigned (among so many others of the blg regime.)

As for despised minorities there, they don't seem to agree that things in jolly ole serbia are so very peachy. maybe the loyal media could interview a few of those folks in honor of human rights day, rather than print these foolish lies. i am in touch with some of these activists, in both preseva and sanjzak, and i can assure ppl here that they feel -- know -- otherwise.

as for lgbt ppl living in serbia, that is another cheap lie and slap in the face, for them and for the truth. the blgd regime has just recently banned that march, after stirring up the usual cauldron of right-wing hate and (threatened) terror, or has everyone there already forgotten? something is truly rotten in the state of...

but speaking of intrnl human rights day, we have been posting and re-posting hillary's extremely eloquent speech in geneva a few days back, that oops, has not been mentioned here. it is so amazing how she manages to channel eleanor roosevelt, the guiding leader of human rights in the 20th century. here is a link:

And a sweet FU from Brussels. Need a crime investigated? Don't call EULEX and don't ask KFOR to look for terrorists. It's too dangerous for them.

Ari,

Completly right and my thoughts too - human rights in Serbia's southern province south of Bar are horrendous - this govt fail to protect and uphold human rights across the whole of Serbia - not least of all the manner in which foreign occupiers on Serbian soil mistreat human rights.

Tadic, his chief negotiator & the rest of the sell out govt should move down permanently to Gracanica and Strepce to fully understand how human rights are violated daily in Serbia and enough is enough that they now attempt to enslave the north of the province.

The next Govt should set up from Gracanica and let KFOR & EULEX perform their duties in uphold freedom of movement and protect the law to the full extent - if they can't well that's their problem as Serbia would have a right to do all in it's power to do so

Except in Serbia's southern province..but I know you don't recognize Kosovo as apart of Serbia. That's okay, next election you guys are sent packing. I'd leave Serbia if I were you because if not you'll spend the rest of your lives in jail.
