How about freedom of movement, security and safety for KSerbs south of Ibar river?
(aaayyy, 11 December 2011 21:07)

If I’m not wrong I said “K. Serbs” without excluding any of them regardless of where they live. I’m sure that if somebody starts to play with logs in the roads south of Ibar river KFOR will tiresly work to ensure their freedom of movement, as well.
----------

And what is your point now concerning Kosovo recognitions? You seem to have new point on the issue every other day. You have no shame.
(aaayyy, 11 December 2011 21:07)

The same as before, nothing has changed. Resolution 1244 is still in force and going strong. What’s to be ashamed about that ?!

3)KFOR mandate was/is to provide freedom of movement, safety and security for KSerbs in any part of Kosovo. KFOR failed with this part of its mandate.
(aaayyy, 10 December 2011 20:58)

Of course it didn’t fail. KFOR is tiresly working to ensure the freedom of movement of K. Serbs which is being made difficult by some people playing with logs in the roads.

1)"Virtual" seccesion of Kosovo was/is against 1244, but nobody cares.
(aaayyy, 10 December 2011 20:58)

Kosovo’s UDI is in accordance with 1244 and 1244 says nowhere that “Virtual" seccesion of Kosovo” is prohibited. Of course, I’m referring to the Arabic, Chinese, English, French or Russian version of 1244, not the Serbian one which may well say that “Virtual" seccesion of Kosovo is prohibited”. Based on the Serbian version you may be correct – I don’t know Serbian so can’t comment about that. But in the Arabic, Chinese, English, French or Russian versions of 1244 the UNSC remained silent on the conditions for the final status of Kosovo so any status would be in accordance with 1244.
---------

2)Also there used to be decision on principle "standards before status", it was changed.
(aaayyy, 10 December 2011 20:58)

What is that ? Where it is written ? And if it’s written in 1244, when it was changed ?
----------

----------

4)collection of custom taxes on goods crossing Serbian-Serbian border seems to be KFOR's favorite task
(aaayyy, 10 December 2011 20:58)

Nope, KFOR is just ensuring a secure environment for the customs officials to collect customs taxes on goods destined to Kosovo as mandated in UNMIK Regulation no 3 of 1999. KFOR is not a customs agency.
----------

5)KFOR fulfill 1244 selectively, which is wrong
(aaayyy, 10 December 2011 20:58)

Of course not; it’s implementing all its duties under Resolution 1244. Now, because some people playing with logs in the roads making difficult the movement on K. Serbs to Serbia and vice versa don’t like what KFOR is doing, that does not mean that KFOR is doing anything wrong. KFOR has not violated anything in resolution 1244 so far and KFOR and 1244 have strong support from both Serbs and Albanians. But if disagree, feel free to petition to the UNSC so that the UNSC can address any alleged violations of Resolution 1244 by KFOR.

Unless you count killing Serbs south of the Ibar where you outnumber them 100 to 1 brave. Civilized people would call that cowardly.

Nema Predaje.
(Ari Gold, 10 December 2011 13:43)

You just revealed the number of Serbs living south of Ibar. Based on your calculation 170000, which is right+40000 up north, and there you go. There is no displaced Serbs as you claim.

unfortunately UNMIK has decided that customs taxes have to be collected and, in case you don't know, UNSC Resolution 1244 is still in force. So, there will be a problem with UNMIK and resolution 1244 if they do what you say.

There was an incident in Kosovska Mitrovica on Friday night when unidentified persons fired shots at Kosovska Mitrovica Mayor Krstimir Pantić’s office.

Kosovar "Law & Order" style

This Pantic fella is really annoying, lets rough him up a little, just like a scene out of the Godfather Trilogy...

Sickening, what's more amazing than Kosovars law and order is certain people/Countries using this Law and order as an excuse to occupy lands where the locals dont want to live under foreign rule! the smile, they mock and persist with the above..
