This is an interesting situation. Since the beginning of the dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo, Kosovo has been insisting that the talks would be limited to technical issues, while Serbia has continually pushed to include status as part of the talks. In fact, Serbia even quit the talks because the border was not being discussed (which is definitely a political issue). Now, however, Serbia seems to view the talks as purely technical, and political issues are off limits?

It is not necessary to recognize Kosovo immediately, but in a near future in order to establish good neighborly relations, Kosovo to ask for forgiveness for crimes committed against the innocent population and unarmed... These things shall open way one state to another and entry into the EU will be much easier, while population in Serbia agrees with state of Kosovo, but never to talk with leaders of the SRS, because these people do not need nor Serbia nor the EU.... leader who burn flags of other states in the streets of Belgrade, the capital of the EU known as the university.
