Montenegro fails to get accession talks date

Montenegro did not get a date for the beginning of the accession talks with the EU, the European Council said in Brussels on Friday.

Instead it's just the opposite..Montenegro is quite sure to begin accession talks next year...the problem is a date for the end of the process that as in the case of Croatia could last 10 years....
