Belgrade team chief Borislav Stefanović said Thursday that officials had failed to reach an agreement on a model of Kosovo's representation at regional forums.

"Stefanović reiterated that Belgrade insisted on a solution that would be in keeping with Resolution 1244 and the Serbian Constitution". Stick to the Serbian constitution as the Kosovo Albanians will do the same. What a waste of time. Actually not because Serbia might get away of getting the EU candidate status and fool the EU.
