Most roads in north Kosovo open for traffic

Even though all the barricades between Zvečan and the Jarinje administrative crossing have been removed, the checkpoint is still closed.

And what of free movement of Serbs south of Mitrovica ? How do they fail to ensure all movement for all non-Albanians and fail to ensure return of all refugees ? Our daily life's are completely hindered and there is no respect for free movement with many crimes & murders still un-investigated or deemed unimportant for the west who would rather brush these instance under the carpet.

Is there a different Gracanica than the one close to Pristina? Or are your stories only for the consumption of those who have never been there?

" KFOR added that unconditional freedom of movement was not and could not be a topic of the negotiations. " - does this mean conditional freedom of movement as is the case for all non-Albanians is thus a topic?

If Serbia had a President who upheld Serbia's interests he would have called KFOR & EULEX bluff and forced them to act fully with 1244 and made the west reciprocate in transporting Serbian border guards to Serbia's UN recognised borders with Albania, Montenegro & FYROM - it's the least a Serbian President could done!

Wasn't it their mandate to ensure a safe environment for Kosovo Serbs in the South? Or their mandate was to make ghettos out of Serbian enclaves ?

Your use of the term "ghetto" is an offense to all those who have perished in one. Furthermore you shouldn't forget that some of the "ghetto"-inhabitants like Rada Trajkovic are Member of Parliament in Pristina. Must be some novel typ of "ghetto".

"KFOR said in a release that it was their mandate to ensure a safe environment and freedom of movement for everyone, including EULEX."
