Germany will back Montenegro's accession talks date at the meeting of the EU Council on December 9, German Ambassador in Podgorica Pius Fischer has stated.
In all respects - economic, social, corruption, and in terms of responsibility for alleged war crimes (Radovan Karadžić is Montenegrin, as were most of the Yugoslav troops who attacked Dubrovnik in 1991), Montenegro is either the same as, or 'worse' than, Serbia - even now.
This unjustified favouritism towards Montenegro is merely a miniature version of the ongoing encirclement of Russia.
