6.Enter talk with the EU for liberalisation of visas for Kosovans,
7.Became at least twice PM of KOsovo through democratic elections, and none for the time being is close to challenge him in the next elections.
8. Ready to have good relations Serbia as two sovereign states.

This is an amazing turnaround for a man who continues to demonise his northern neighbour. But he's realised that Europe wants close co-operation between all the countries of Europe. Serbia is about to be given Candidate status, which will isolate him further. Its about time both sides realised that they have more in common than they think. I see a population crying out for change where trade, jobs and healthcare should be the most important factors politicians from both sides should be addressing, not their own personal interests.
