But 'rule of law' doesn't mean transporting Pristina officers to the north and to install Albanian custom officers on the checkpoints
(Comm. Parrisson, 8 December 2011 06:25)

Of course it means precisely that, because the Law says that customs taxes have to be collected for goods destined to Kosovo (read UNMIK Regulation no 3 of 1999). I remind you that Resolution 1244 is still in force.

Ataman,

Great picture and see the resemblance - both spoke of "final solutions" for Serbs and neither will get their way not then under collaborator Nedic or now under deluded "EU has no alternative" Tadic.

EULEX - less than useless. They still have not caught the bus bombers or almost anyone who commits crimes against serb civilians. It must be an easy job sitting on their fat asses and saying yes yes. Even eunuchs have more balls. Sacrificing serbs to keep the albanians from starting yet another war seems to be their only goal.

Mr. Xavier Bout de Marnhac! Please follow the mandate set by the UNSC (1244 & the six point plan) and do not transport and install these so called kosovo albanian customs and police to avoid confrontation. give this as a guarantee to the people there. do not look down on the Serbian citizens coz they will fight for their rights.

"It is necessary to allow free movement for EULEX. We must have access to the north and to all the places that are of interest to us and I conveyed the message to the president very strongly, because the freedom of movement is essential for EULEX to be able to act within its mandate to implement the rule of law," Marnhac told Tanjug.

But 'rule of law' doesn't mean transporting Pristina officers to the north and to install Albanian custom officers on the checkpoints in the north so they can take the bribes for smuggling, like they do at the borders with Albania.

Is this the same KFOR commander, Frenchman Lt. Gen. Xavier de Marnhac, that stated in 2007 ;

"there will be some kind of biological end to the problem here because, you know, one of the populations will simply disappear." when talking of the Kosovo Serbs that remain in Serbia's province

(Principa, Gracanica, KiM, Srbija, 7 December 2011 22:04)

Yes, well could be, look at his photo - he just recently removed his mustache and changed the hair style slightly.

What??? Serbs need EULEX to tell us what the rule of law should be??? What- the "rule of law" according to the "civilized Germans" who started two World Wars??? Are we Serbian or German??? Nedaj se!!!

- no doubt de Marnhac is now attempting to enforce his failed prophecy and Tadic is acquiescing in his deluded "no alternative to EU" having let in EULEX and continually ignoring when the lines have been passed again and again!

I'm sorry Mr. Marnhac, but your mandate doesn't include implementing Pristina's will on Serbs!!!
