"It is scandalous that the UN Security Council is debating Kosovo, while the Serbian parliament has not done so since July," he concluded.

What's scandalous about that ? The UNSC is in charge in Kosovo, not Serbia. For example, how many times has Serbia's parliament discussed about Zimbabwe ?

SRS needs to chill on this one because they are not informed. More than autonomy and less than independence looks like this.

From what I know Serbia hasn't signed a similar deal with Vojvodina, wich means, you're wrong. Sali Berisha comes to Kosovo almost every day. He doesn't even know where the border is because nobody stops him.

Obviously there is some kind of border between Kosovo and the rest of Serbia, the question is, what kind of border is it, and whose responsibility is it? It is not, nor should it ever be a national border and Serbia has not agreed that it is a national border. Furthermore, Serbia has agreed to see the border policed, but not by Albanian nationalists. Serbs are officiating the border along with EULEX. This is what we are seeing in the media, so far.

The most serious obstacle that Serbia faces to regaining Kosovo is control over borders between Kosovo and Albania. The Albanians control these borders, that is to say, they are there, but they are most certainly not being controlled. Kosovo is a part of an Albanian plan to expand Albania into a Greater Albania that includes Kosovo. Then there will be no border between Kosovo and Albania at all and Albania will border Serbia. This plan has been put down in this agreement and hope for Serbian control of Kosovo secured.

The best rational hope for Albanians in Kosovo is autonomous regions like in Pristina and other regions where Albanians can show old influence and not recent immigration.
