To be correct, the Northern Kosovo Serbs residing in Serbia's Southern province, never wanted to move out of Kosovo, the merely wanted Russian citizenship for protection with the intention on staying in Kosovo because Belgrade is not protecting them. Fluid, I think you will need 2 Passport one from Kosova One from Serbia untill Serbia and Kosova reach agreement on Passport issue, Serbia needs to recognise Kosova Passport and Kosova needs to recognise Serbia Passport ok.
