Mr. Kostunica once again has spoken nonsense. But it's democracy, people can express their opinions as long as they don't insult others. Let the voters decide, maybe additional five lost years for Serbia (like the previous ones under the Kostonica government) would be painful, but in the end helpful to cure people from nationalist extremism and isolation.

Do you think Serbia should betray KSerbs? Or what else should Serbia do?

Serbia will not be "asked" to join the pact NATO once (if ever) they are in. They will be members and supposed to attribute to the colonial wars in all but name, just like Sweden who 20 years ago under Olof Palme relentlessly worked for global peace but now are killing Libyans, Afghan and Iraqis en masse...

Kostunica says: “This new state policy and this new national goal that removes the issue of Serbia’s EU accession from the agenda is a natural consequence of the EU’s intention to snatch Kosovo away from Serbia"
This is utter nonsense (and he knows it).
Kostunica is taking the path of the populist but does so by ranting words that have NO truth whatsoever.
The EU has no intentions to SNATCH Kosovo AWAY. Really Kostunica, what would the EU want with a dysfunctional narco state such as Kosovo?
What the EU suggests is that Serbia and Kosovo get a "divorce" and start to live together as neighbours.
The Kosovar Albanians do not want to be part of Serbia. They made this very clear. And honestly speaking, we all know it but do not dare admit is that Serbia really wants Kosovo but without Albanians. This is not an option. Milosevic had a go a genocide and thankfully failed. Now the only way is to grow up and follow the Martti Ahtisaari plan.
If not, the EU fears an other ugly Balkan war with no winners, only loosers. The only thing the EU is trying to snatch away is this precise scenario.

Vojislav Koštunica is one of those rare Serbian politicians that is a true visionary. He speaks with clarity and voices the truth. He does not send smoke screens and is whole heartly interested in the concerns of his people and the european people.

Koštunica is completely right - there is nothing that DyeS to all that EU demands would not do for the dellusional grandeur that Tadic et al beLIEve with their false aspiration of EU has no alternative.

Mr. Kostunica once again has spoken the truth. One of the only honest, honourable and patriotic politicians around. He worships Serbia's red, white and blue. Tadic and his yellow traitors only worship the green...money.

Brussels is barely the capital of Belgium. The EU gave up on Serbia long before and has never been but duplicitous. Now that the EU is dead, there is no reason to get further buried with the corpse. Tadic leaves despised by everyone; Kostunica remains respected by all.
