According to Đelić, Serbia is constantly being told to accept the reality that Albanians in Kosovo do not wish to accept the authority of Belgrade, but that it was also the reality that Serbs in Kosovo do not wish to accept the authority of Priština.

And that is also the reality of Albanians in Presevo Valley.So all those models that you mention you should apply them in Presevo.

I appreciate the honesty on this occasion and hope the deputy prime minister will appreciate mine. Serbia forget about joing EU and return of Kosovo and the EU MUST make it CLEAR bluntly to Serbia. But as many Serbian polititians have said join the EU is not the end of the world for Serbia. Join Russian Federation would be more pragmatic and realistic option.

The serbs in kosovo will definately have serbian documents since they have serbian institutions in their areas and albanians have "kosovo" documents. Also albanians will participate in kosovo elections and serbs will participate in serbian elections. Its pretty simple, i dont see whts so hard about it? I call this plan "The Two Sovereigntys" because both serbia and the albanians will have sovereignty in ther ethnic areas in kosovo and presevo.

The reality is this in Kosovo. Albanians in Kosovo and the Preševo Valley do not want to be ruled by Serbia. Serbs in Northern Kosovo and The Southern Enclaves also don't want to be ruled by Priština. I believe Albanians should have their own institutions in the Albanian parts of Kosovo and The Preševo Valley, but in turn Serbia must be able to keep it's state institutions in the Serbian Enclaves both North and South of the Ibar River. There must also be freedom of movement between Kosovo and Central Serbia so Serbs can travel to and from Kosovo and Albanians can travel back and forth from Kosovo and Preševo. Serbia doesn't have to recognize Kosovo as independent and Albanians can still hold their belief that they are independent. This is the best solution as it allows both sides to rule themselves. Serbs still have control over their parts of Kosovo and Albanians rule themselves in Kosovo and even rule with Kosovo Institutions in Preševo. This is a true compromise.

You want to find solution with Albanians but then you contradict your self?

Sr just read Kumanovo agreement and be happy KFOR is not using force as per that agreement they decide on Territory of Kosovo they can even destroy property with no consecuences and no need to go to UN as they have wont the war and you signed this agreement with NATO not UN.

I put it in quotation marks because i personally dont recognize kosovo as a state. But yeah Serbia taxes the serbian enclaves in northern and southern kosovo while the albanians tax their areas of kosovo and the presevo valley.

The best compromise was we could and can offer is the Ahtisaari plan. Or else we will make Kosovo fully integrated with Albania as every Kosovo albanian wish.

Kosovo being inside the same border as Serbia will NEVER happend. I personaly can assure you of that. There is nobody in Kosovo, EU or US that can make that happend.

They should just annex the Serb majority northern Kosovo to Serbia ALREADY!!!

Enlighten me. How is that humoring the Albanians when they get to rule themselves with their own institutions both in kosovo an presevo? And if "kosovo independence" is so irreversible an so real then why did the dialogue in brussels come up with an agreement that still recognizes the boundary between central serbia an kosovo as ADMINISTRATIVE. At all six Administrative crossings between Central Serbia and Kosovo the only forces with excecutive power will be EULEX and Serbian MUP and Customs Officers. KPS will only be there to observe. Also Pristina will not be able to put one state symbol on the administrative boundary with Serbia. Also I would like to add that Serbian Police are returning to Kosovo under the agreement. If Kosovo is a sovereign and independent country, then why are they unable to form a solid international boundary between them and serbia, why are they inable to control the Serbian enclaves in northern and southern kosovo, and why are they even bothering to find a solution on anything with Belgrade if they can do whatever they want. Serbia may not have sovereignty over the albanians but serbia sure as hell does over the serbs in kosovo and has territorial integrity over the entire province.

The mentality and attitude of the Serbs got them exactly where they are today. Dragging their feet for years and years before they finally handed over the war criminals requested by the Hague.

Negotiating with Kosovo Albanians, not really, just wasting time and not putting any agreements reached into practical effect. Serbia lost Kosovo forever, now they are about to lose EU.

I will never recognize that sky is blue and no one can make me recognize that fact, but the whole world knows that the sky is blue, however in Serbia it may be black for a very, very, long time to come.

What kind of compromise is that Anonymous? What documents would be issued to the people of Kosovo? Serbian citizens or Kosovar citizens? would they vote in serbian elections? you really haven't thought this through at all

Neither Kosovo will never recognize Serbia until it holds our occupied lands (The Presevo valley southern of Serbia).
