This guy need to get a clue. The Serbian government already stated that it will never recognize the UDI of Kosovo. Is it not crystal clear, the views of the Serbian people?

2. Proclaim independence for the north.
This is an option. Since the "yes to independence countries" says that the Icty said it was not forbidden to proclaim independence, you as well could take it to Icty with the help of many countries.
(Staff, 1 December 2011 22:10)
Funny statement.
1. No country supports a declaration of independence of the north. Name one. Anyone supporting such is recognizing Kosovo as independent, otherwise it would be supporting north Serbs declaring indpendence of Serbia.
2. ICJ ruled on independence, ICTY is the criminal tribunal prosecuting war crimes committed in former Yugoslavia. They have nothing to do with independence.
3. Only member countries can take a case before the ICJ, Kosovo could have never brought the question, but Serbia was able (which turned out to be a foolish mistake). So north Kosovo could never bring anything before ICJ (other than maybe some soup and crackers for lunch)
4. If someone were to bring the subject to the ICJ for the Serbs in Northern Kosovo, and ICJ were to agree to here arguments, that would be a defacto stamp that the ICJ recognized Kosovo as independent.

You do much better at trying to convince people of the things you have learned in the high level classified meetings that no one else has access to, than trying to create scenarios.

Any frustration that you have learned about among the Kfor soldiers is pretty much guaranteed to be that the higher ups are keeping them from showing the Serbs in the north who is boss and has nothing to do with the Albanians at all.

English is your second language, but it’s not mine so I can understand you misinterpreting my postings.
Serbia’s economy was wrecked by the west and it’s only in the last couple of years that things have turned around with industry opening up such as Fiat in Kragujevac. In fact there are several German companies which have also established themselves there. Yes it is being done in small steps but at least it being done. Unemployment is very high and it could be 30%+ with youth unemployment of anything from 50% to 60%.
The idea behind opening up borders for the Albanians is the west looking beyond their noses in that Serbia has been earmarked for industrial and agricultural expansion and that would give employment opportunities. If I am wrong please list here how many industries have been relocated to Kosovo? To my knowledge not one, but I maybe wrong.

The IMF is also helping out places like Spain, Portugal, Italy, Croatia, BiH, and most other eastern members of the EU. In fact the IMF helped out Russia during the 1990s even places like the US in 2007/8 and it was as a result of thGFC that they had to ask China to put money into its vaults otherwise the IMF would be broke and now we have a Chinese representative on the board (a communist government saved a capitalist bank from going under – I’m sure Ronald Regan is spinning in his grave). The IMF is also being restructured to take on board places like Brazil, India and Russia – what a difference 15 or 20 years has made for the Russians; once having to literally beg for money from the IMF and now on its board.
The ICJ’s decision was a non decision as the question posed was one that only asked whether the act of declaring independence was illegal. The ICJ should have said “the act of declaring Kosovo independent was legal and therefore Kosovo is independent”. This last bit was somehow left out – it’s like saying your girlfriend is only half pregnant and all of sudden we have the Albanians and their german friends carrying on like it was the 4 July in the US. Go back to the ICJ and asked them to declare Kosovo indepdenant – as I have said here many times the US would shout anyone who tried that one on.
I have no idea what Russian sources you are talking about because I don’t even know one Russian in my region that could tell me anything. No Russians where I am mate.
On Croatia and territory, please ask the Croat government what agreements they have signed on the matter of property reparations. In fact these had to be signed before Brussels would even consider letting Croatia into the EU.
All Serbs will have the right of return to their lands and the Government would repair or completely replace houses equipment etc. If there were people lving and working on those land the government would pay them compensation for the use of that land from the day they left up until the day they return. There is a lot more to this but I will not bore you. If they do not want to return they are to be paid out with interest. All of this has come out of Craotia’s budget as the EU has already provided money in the late 1990s early 2000. How Croatia does it is not a concern for the EU – if they can’t then territory will have to exchange. That is what I have said in the past. If the Croats don’t do as was agreed then Brussels takes over once they are in the EU and they will override Zagreb.
Payment has to be made no matter how long it takes. Hans during WW2 your uncles stole art from jewish families and 65 years later your German government had to return it or pay compensation. No one gets away with theft on that scale especially as the power in the world is shifting away from the west.

For sure they are short of founding a fun club for the K-Serbs.

If Serbia recognizes Kosovo we would have in a short time your Albanians, who were tortured by Serbs, looking for work in Serbia as new industry continues to establish itself. Then we will have the situation where your Albanians will move to those areas, working for the same people that tortured them and a couple of years down the track after they have become comfortable they will start to have visions of Illyrian ancestors and the whole Kosovo process starts again.

AS far as the Croats in Bosnia are concerned they are now a minority in the Federation and have little say and have to accept what is on the table. Also, Croats like their Albanian allies are very much the same as they are only brave and attack people if they have big brother behind them or they know the other is weak. They never initiate anything – look at their history.

Forget about the EU, Russia is 'big and powerful', they can take care of Serbia. Allow the nationalists to get their way:
-condemn the west to hell
-join an alliance with Russia
-invade Kosovo
-get your asses handed back to you (again)
-blame the leaders
-claim to be 'democratic'
-scroll back up to first step

Just look at the photo, this guy could be at a Nuremberg rally getting the crowd ready for the main speakers. It’s finally on the table for a change – accept Kosovo or no EU.
The question is which EU is Henrich talking about? There are going to be a first class comprising of five or six countries and then there is a second class with the rest of the rabble.
In 1995 joining the EU meant money coming in and farmers getting subsidies. What does it mean to join the EU in 2011? The EU is broke so there is no money to throw around as its trying to bail out bankrupt member states. If any is so deluded to think that the likes of France or any other rich EU member would cut their quota for farm subsidies to share with newer members then they are deluded to the max.
Countries joining now will not share in any riches, but they will share in the pain of what is about to happen. Naturally the free press will tell all that wants to hear of the Utopia the EU has created, but rarely the growing poverty.

You said “I am saying freely and without hesitation: if Serbia does not accept Kosovo territorial integrity......".
Sir, you said territorial integrity?
Excuse me, but Kosovo is not a country. To you maybe. And some others. But for the majority of the world population, for Serbia itself, for UN, for EU, for OSCE, and for some 110 (thats many) countries, Kosovo is NOT a country.

To the brave Serbs in Kosovo who does not want to live in a gangster run failed piece of land I say; You have most of the free worlds people support. Absolutely no doubt.

I have heard that the Kfor soldiers up in north are very angry at their command because of what has happened. Many of them have served in Kosovo before and have seen how the K Albanians behave.

There are several ways to go from here for the Serbs:

1. Continue to struggle. World is watching and it has started to move in dipolmatic circles. Maybe you heard Swedish FM Bildt the other day.
Many are waiting for the organ harvesting case. Very little has been known from the task force, but its proceeding well and more witnesses have been found. This will take time but it will be a massive political mess when the preliminary investigation will be made public.

2. Proclaim independence for the north.

pre 12 godina

By trying to separate north Kosovo from the rest, Serbs have already abandoned the belief in protecting "Serbia's territorial integrity"
Only those who follow resolution 1244 or even 6 point plan which states all of Kosovo is a single customs unit, can truly claim they support Kosovo as part of Serbia. Otherwise you have just made the step in separating Kosovo from Serbia forever, the question that remains is to determine if you will let the north go also or you are going to try to keep it.

LOL what's this? An ultimatum to abandon one's sovereign claim to a territory or risk not being able to join an organization that's about to collapse in a month? And here I thought Germans prided themselves on rationality and logic.

Well wait a minute. This is the first time Germans have threatened Serbs by saying they would remain OUT of their Reich, instead of threatening to include them in one :)

In less than 2 years, Merkel and the CDU and FDP will be gone and the SDP, Greens and maybe the Left as well will be Germany's government. Serbia should inquire with those three parties and see what they think of the whole Kosovo issue and if they would want Serbia to join the EU. It will take years for Serbia to ever complete all the negotiations and join the EU anyways, so it is not like they will be entering the EU anytime soon. Also, as for KFOR, they should be offering some sort of solution or ideas for an agreement instead of just demanding that the barricades be removed.

I support the Serbs living in northern Kosovo and they have a right to have their municipalities remain in Serbia.

Can the Serbian English speaking understand that? How many time have I pointed out the above? I say it again and again. To have an enduring REAL peace between Serbs and Albanians, Serbia MUST recognise Kosovo independence first. Same rights for the Serbs living in northern Kosovo to those rights enjoyed by Albanians living in Presevo, Bujanovc and Medvegja. Both Serbia and Kosovo in the EU.

(Hans, 2 December 2011 09:33)

What's this?! Another German demand or warning?!
Germany should sort their own problems in their own backyard then preach democracy to someone else.
This is the third time in 100 years that Germany has attacked Serbs and we Serbs never learn the lesson.
Germany must understand that part of another's country can't be traded for the entry into EU as 1244 declaration states, the German official like Guoti knows that yet supports maffia run Kosovo (adopted child of EU and America).
If it was up to me I would not allow a single German officer stain the Serbian land as I said the third time is too much.
How dare the Germans to constantly demand and yet Serbian officials do what they are told.
As for Croatian who left the comment above that the "Croatia has told Bosnian Croats to look up to Sarajevo rather then Croatia proper" and yet denying the fact that Croatia cleansed the Serbs (250.000) with of course of help of Germany, what a surprise as we saw in WW2. Duble standards Guoti
Germans go home and sort the problems back home and you leave us alone.

Countries joining now will not share in any riches, but they will share in the pain of what is about to happen. Naturally the free press will tell all that wants to hear of the Utopia the EU has created, but rarely the growing poverty.

“Time for Belgrade to follow suit and tell Serbs to take part in the building of Kosova through Prishtina. By trying to get both, you are going to get neither”

What has Pri\stina built since 1999?????? Where is the industry? Where is the foreign investment???? Which US company has announced it will move to Kosovo?????
Your Pristina has built nothing.

North Kosovo should declare 'independence' (of course unilaterally) and then demand to respect its 'territorial integrity' in case some morons in Pristina are complaining.

This scenario would be not more stupid than the current one.

LOL what's this? An ultimatum to abandon one's sovereign claim to a territory or risk not being able to join an organization that's about to collapse in a month? And here I thought Germans prided themselves on rationality and logic.

Well wait a minute. This is the first time Germans have threatened Serbs by saying they would remain OUT of their Reich, instead of threatening to include them in one :)

you Germans are a joke!! The EU is breaking up and will not recover period!! Only a fool would wish to get onto a ship that is going down.

Kosovo is more important that the bloody EU and the sooner stupid Tadic and his followers realise that the better for those folks in the north of Kosovo.

"Thomas de Maiziere warned earlier that violence in northern Kosovo could halt Serbia’s EU accession."

Germany wants to halt Serbia's EU accession! Gee thanks! We'll do you a favour some other time!

an observation

pre 12 godina

By trying to separate north Kosovo from the rest, Serbs have already abandoned the belief in protecting "Serbia's territorial integrity"
Only those who follow resolution 1244 or even 6 point plan which states all of Kosovo is a single customs unit, can truly claim they support Kosovo as part of Serbia. Otherwise you have just made the step in separating Kosovo from Serbia forever, the question that remains is to determine if you will let the north go also or you are going to try to keep it.

This guy need to get a clue. The Serbian government already stated that it will never recognize the UDI of Kosovo. Is it not crystal clear, the views of the Serbian people?
