He said that since the death of Zogaj, who was found hanged on September 28 in a park in Germany, "a lot of attention has been paid to witness protection in Kosovo", and added that the situation in the province "is not satisfactory in this respect".

Found HANGED!!!!!!! and IN A PARK!!!!!! WHAT THE @#$%!?!?!?!?!??!?!?! seriously? Yeah funny that how he would hang himself in a park rather than at home, you know, go to all that trouble and go outside to do it when he knew limaj wanted him dead. Great witness protection

"Marnhac also condemned "those who want to turn his death into a political issue or who try to attribute blame to someone else in order to win points" [...]."

What a joke of morals!

As well Marnhac could say it straight: Let's forget the whole issue.

Isolde, if you mean what you say -what the heck are you waiting for? But in case you talk fiction you just do bad service to this poor fellow who didn't see another way to protect his closest family.

Agim Zogaj did not commit suicide, he left a video message which will be released shortly detailing the many attempts made on his life by Fatmir Limaj, from a series of car accidents to a shooting in 2009. Agim was interviewed by me and was in fear of Fatmir Limaj. What would one expect to hear from EULEX except a bunch of lies, defending their own stupidity. It was no suicide and i believe that he was not killed by a fellow Albanian but by one of the European intelligence agencies for reasons we all know. Also it is no coincidence that he was killed in a park, intellegience agencies never change their modus operandi, especially those well used to killing.

"Agim Zogaj, Witness X, tragically took his own life. It is something no witness protection program in the world could prevent," said EULEX chief Xavier de Marnhac.

A suicide, what a tragical coincidence. Of course it's in no way related to his planned testimony against the KLA criminals and the threats he and members of his family received. 'Law and order' the Kosovo way...

Another show trial. We all know how this ends. Innocent due to a lack of evidence. Nothing like having a trial for a crime that occurred 12 years ago. That should be plenty of time to destroy all the evidence and kill all witnesses.
