"The minister repeated that the problems in northern Kosovo had been caused by Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci and that KFOR and EULEX had allowed themselves to be Thaci's tools."

That's how it all started, this unbearable situation, yes.

Obviously an agreement between KFOR and the Serbs would be best. But all KFOR does is demand that the barricades be removed. They have not offered any potential solutions or ideas for an agreement. It is pretty difficult to find a solution for Kosovo when the EU and Kosovo Albanians refuse to discuss the situation.

"...it was possible that Belgrade would not be able to convince the northern Kosovo Serb representatives to remove the barricades and added that it would not be good..".

This kind of reasoning is NOT GOOD enough even for a student. I am sure that the Serbs are looking how to save their faces. Removing the barricades but "with their will" would be the best option.

The above was the headline, but when I read the entire text of this article, I found that Dacic said absolutely nothing. Can this guys ever put things white and black or always bleak and very blurry. Serb politicians are so vague that I think, they have no clue what they think or say.

One think is for sure, that when Serb in northern Mitro claim Kosova is Serbia, yet they don't give a hoot what their Serbian President is saying, it leads to one conclusion, and that is:"Belgrade lost control of its thugs that has been pouring millions of euros every year and are being blackmailed, which in return these thugs can expose entire Belgrade authorities to the world for what they did, and how they did everything possible to make war rather than peace in Balkans.
