Sj your post reminds me of something. If you polled all the criminals in prison they would all tell you that the justice system is corrupt and they did not get fair trial. Sometimes people don't want to believe the tfruth.

Before the GFC I would reads how Baltic countries had a greater GDP than Russia or for that matter how Montenegro’s economy was far superior to Serbia’s and they had 80% living on or below the poverty line.
The problem with you pss is you would not know the truth if it bit you on your backside. Please Albania less corrupt than the rest of the region???? .
I imagine you are aware what else reports like this are goof for.

How amusing, we have the US at 7.1 and all of its allies coming out smelling of rose water. Why we even have Kosovo better than the surrounding regions – what a load of democratic CRAP; utter BS.
You mean the back handers given to politicians in the US by corporations are not counted as corruption? Or the fact that Boeing was paying bribes to countries so they would by their aircraft? Or for that matter Halliburton getting a large chunk of providing the US military from everything from toilet paper to fuel for their vehicles and this was done during Dick Chaney’s vice presidency, a man who not only has stocks in the company but was on the board of directors. Please dont make me laugh.
This is the same old GDP drivel, but now its corruption. This report is not worth the paper it’s written on. Albania is less corrupt than the rest of the region; a place where you hand over a couple of coins to a traffic cop to avoid a fine.
I bet the people who prepared this report could also do another proving that smoking is healthy for you..

The CPI rankings tend to misrepresent the facts, the score is more indicative.
For example Serbia is 86th along with 4 other countries and BH is 91 which sounds like a big difference. Actually Serbia's score is 3.3 and BH is 3.2 which is not a huge difference.
The really interesting point is Albania is 3.1 which is just slightly worse than Serbia but yet Serbs tend to portray Albania as far worse.
And guess who Transparency International lists as a country and not far behind Serbia at 2.9. You guessed it Kosovo.
And better yet who is only 2.4 which is .5 below Kosovo or a ranking of 143 none other than Russia.
