It is the americans who have been pushing for a revision of the Kumanovo Agreement recently, an agreement which gives Belgrade the right to send its police to guard the borders, which is something the non-serb signatories have ignored and actually broken the agreement a long time ago. As to what revisions the US wants, who knows, only that civilized states (US, UK, Fr etc.) want everything to be legal before they proceed to rape the prospective victim, over and over again.

'After December 9, said the state secretary, "that will no longer make any sense whatsoever".

This statement shows once more the dreamworld Belgrade politicians live in. Do they really think the EU, KFOR and EULEX will put up with the violent attacks by local Serbs in norhtern Kosovo, and let serbs do whatever they want. Do they really think, that in case they get the green light on Dec 9th, which I seriously doubt, there won't be any more pressure from the West to get out off Kosovo and finally start reflecting on Serbias past? The serbian public can't be blamed for the one-sided reporting by the Serbian media, and the brainwash they are subjected to on a daily basis, but they have to learn that if they ever want to become part of the free world, that there are rules they have to obey to as well. Right now Serbia acts as if they are the only one's in that part of the world. Europe doesn't need Serbia, but Serbia needs Europe

The more important decision will be how Russia and Serbia handle the clever request for Russian "citizenship". The EU and USA will not and CANNOT risk a confrontation with Russia over these territories and the situation will resemble a sort of reverse "Cyprus" for the near future.

The photo is disturbing. imagine fully armed to the teeth KFOR troops against defenseless Serbian Citizens. No guns! but full of will to defend their rights.

EA! keep on dreaming A3H4!

Mr. Tadic! Send the Serbian Army to protect the Citizens.

If the EU denies Serbia"s bid for acceptance then you will see the Serbian army come to the defense of its citizens in Kossovo!

You are sadly mistaken, the Serbian army does not have permission to cross or approach the border of Kosova. If they do they will be breaching the Kumanovo agreement which will cause NATO to disable the Serbs as they did in 1999. You should be aware that U.S. unmanned drones are now equipped with offensive weapons.

If someone kills NATO soldiers its bye bye candidacy for Serbia. Although
I'm sure if Serbia doesn't get candidate status a blessing or a curse?

Good! So hold on until then, have the Dutch veto the candidate status, and go back to playing hardball with the Krauts. Who wants to join a dying organization anyways?

Wrong judgment! KFOR should exercise its FULL AUTHORITY and not let the perpetrators unpunished. If it can not do its job, let the Kosovo authority do the job.

Only in your dreams. The EU would not let those Albanian goat herders in Pristina issue a parking ticket let alone take any action.
Always remember that full authority equals full retaliation.

The KFOR actions don't make any sense before Dec. 9th, neither.
