KFOR tries to implement 1244 selectivуly. It implements only what Albanian politicians want.
KFOR should concentrate on providing safety for KSerbs from enclaves in southern Kosovo. After all KFOR's task was/is to make it possible, safe and camforting for KSerbs to return to the province and live in any part of it, not only in small enclaves.

The only formula that would be acceptable, is for supposedly 'neutral' peacekeepers to refrain from transporting and installing Albanian officials on the administrative line with the rest of Serbia. The international presence is acting illegally. KFOR and EULEX are now merely appendages of the Albanian clique in Pristina. The US is as ever pulling the strings. The only leverage the EU has is the threat to withdraw the candidacy offer. Tadic should have the guts and integrity to call the EU's bluff. So far the only people with the courage to stand up for what they believe in are the Kosovo Serbs.
