This is why Serbia Must Insist on every Letter of United Nations Security Council Six Point Plan, which Explicitly Excludes ANY Kosovo Albanian, or Kosovo Albanian Government Representative or Representatives at the Jarinje and Brnjak administrative checkpoints.

Obviously, there are Peace and Harmony Issues involved here also; however, the Primary Reason for not having any Kosovo Albanian Government Representatives at the Jarinje and Brnjak administrative checkpoints, is because it is the Law, and Serbia Must Insist on having One Law for Everyone; and Serbia Must Insist on Everyone including the Serbs, having Full Equality Before The Law!

Everybody should be equal before the law, of course, but can you please show us the English version of the law (general international law, UNSC resolutions, UNMIK regulations, Kosovo laws) that says that ? It's not that we don't trust you, but it is better if we can also read it ourselves.

Funny, well actually sad, how Serbia always tries to bend history the way they want to see things. What about the ruling of the International Court of Law which clearly stated that the the decleration of Kosovo's independance was not a violation of international law? Serbia has to face reality, you are fighting a loosing battle, and wast your energy and all your resources in this hopeless battle.

In an annex to the resolution, the Kosovo government specified that they did not accept its provisions and would not be bound by them. I'm not sure who pays any attention to these Six Points, except for Serbia. They seem to have been pretty much ignored until now by everybody else. The document gave Tadic political cover at the time, but that was about all.

All the current talks with Serbia are a waste of time. Until Serbia recognise Kosovo independence first no talks should be taken place. Serbia needs the current talks to get the status and then it will be the same story. I hope EU understand the Serbia's policy. Very few have got guts in Serbia to tell the truth what is really going on in Serbian politics.

If you want to show Respect for the Law, then you not only have to Obey it Yourself, but You Must do Everything in Your Power to help others have Respect for the Law, by Obeying it.
