I really don't think Serbia is ready to be granted EU candidacy. In Serbia are still talking about war....

No, the context of those comments is the defense of the Serb population in Kosovo south of the Ibar river. As you know, it is well documented that the Kosovo police has not been doing its job defending them. Obviously, if the police is unwilling to defend those in territory they control, then Kosovo is not fit for independence. There is nothing wrong with defending civilians from criminals. Even Kosovo Croats feel the Albanians are not protecting them, as was discussed in another article. The Albanian police must be too busy assisting the human and organ traffickers.

The first round Mr Stefanoviq kept the Kosova Serbs at ease with only an agreement regarding the univ-diploma's.

Now however, he (Serbia) must come with real progress/agreement.
