Denmark does not see Serbian EU bid as priority

Denmark's ambassador to the EU says that he does not believe negotiations between Serbia and the EU will start during his country's upcoming EU presidency.

You still don't get it. If your precious Bulgaria were to apply for EU entry TODAY, my money will be a rejection from the big guns on the financial criterion.

Not to mention feeling utterly nauseous at the prospect of bailing out existing debt-ridden members to have any appetite for newbies who ain't exactly in the same financial league as Switzerland.
