“Montenegrin Church not so-called”

Until it gets recognition from the Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople it will be a so called 'church' forever. Try the pope.

Not even that ! Before such a solution is undertaken there will be no Montenegrin Church at all ! Everything will remain the same i.e. Montenegro will remain the territory of the Serbian Saint Orthodox Church. Up to now not a single exclusion from the rule has been made and there are no prospects for it seen. In the Ukraine 10% of the Orthodox people ( above 3000 churches mostly in the Western regions ) have joined the so called Ukrainian Orthodox Church but many are back cause for the decade nobody takes them serious.

Another example is that after the “war 8.8.8.” the South Ossetian Orthodox Church asked to join the Russian Orthodox Church where already there is an Ossetian division called Alanskoe Podvorie. But the respond was negative as this territory since 1936 formally belongs to the Georgian Saint Orthodox Church. The Ossetians even made a desperate attempt to join the Greek Saint Orthodox Church. But the result was the same. So they exist by themselves cause any contacts with Georgia are cut off.

Another sample happened few weeks ago when the head of the Russian Church visited Uzbekistan without even noting the local government. So we still have tense in the relations. From the religious point of view Kirill was right as he does not need a permition to visit his people. Besides as a citizen of Russia he does not need any visa to go to Uzbekistan. So we have tense in the relation but it changes nothing cause from religious point of view this is our territory and the Patriarch has only the Almighty above him !

Same with our Montenegrin brothers which have quite a few options : to remain as a part of the Serbian Church or change their Orthodoxy for Catholicism or to join one of the sects ( Baptists , Lutherans , Iegovaists , Adventists ect.) which use Christian ideas as marketing instruments or they can cardinally change their religion for Islam , Buddhism ect. Not really a big choice you know. The Church is initially something very conservative while Orthodox World is utmost radical and conservative. They even don’t change the Holy texts once written in old Macedonian … They are very patient and never hurry. Say the late Pope Voitila for 25 years made vane attempts to visit Russia and thus to rebuild the contacts cut of 1000 years ago.

It is a " so called church " until it gets the blessing from the patriarch .

The assenbly or Church of Christ is His Body,

The Church is usually slow in taking decisions. The Macedonian Orthodox Chrurch was established in the 60s and yet has not been recognized. Yet the principle of Caesaropapism accepted by the Eastern Christianity states that the temporal authorities have a precedence over the church authorities. So if Montenegro (and indeed Macedonia and even Ukraine) prove themselves as viable tates, their churches will join the sisterhood of Orthodox Vhurches. When will that happen? Who knows! A century or two is nothing for a church!
