"Integrated management is border recognition"

Kosovo Albanian PM Hashim Thaci has stated that integrated border management will mean that the Serbian authorities recognize "Kosovo borders and institutions".

Yeah, sure, and Stefanovic has stated that the presence of Serbs in these 'integrated borders' means Serbian institutions have a some say over Kosovo.

Funny how people try to twist the facts and reality in the way they want it to gain cheap points from nationalistic extremists while in fact, nothing changes.

LOL yeah that's a creative way for Thaci to spin a recommendation the EU gave that he previously was absolutely opposed to :)

I don't have any trust in Robert Cooper as negotiator. He supported the Albanian power grab at the border. And it is not unlikely that he actively encouraged the Albanians to take unilateral action to put pressure on Serbia - he didn't condemn previous unilateral actions either. I expect him to once more misinterpret any new agreements.

This should be expected from a man who has extensively written that one should not maintain Western levels of civil behavior when dealing with "pre-modern" societies - amongst who he obviously includes the Balkan.
