Parliament Speaker Slavica Đukić-Dejanović says she does not expect to receive the draft declaration on Kosovo from the government in the coming hours or days.

Clearly something has to change. The present government is giving Kosovo away and trying to fool people into believing that they are all about holding onto it.
They have sold the people of Kosovo out and the people know it.
Why else would they be asking for Russian citizenship?

Albo has no approved legal paper from Serbia for the creation of the "Kosovo" state in the Serbia.. it was stolen I'm not worry.
