Just read the title: "States which do not recognise Kosovo as independent".

It means all the states listed below don't recognise Kosovo as independent by default. It was/is my point.
(aaayyy, 14 November 2011 11:44)

Well, I read a little bit more than just the title by Wikipendia “States which do not recognise Kosovo as independent" and on the list below that heading I found about 20 which said that “they don’t recognize Kosovo as independent” or that they “recognize Kosovo as part of Serbia”. But again, if I missed any, you are welcome to list the 100+ countries which said either “don’t recognize Kosovo as independent” or “recognize Kosovo as part of Serbia”. And thanks again for providing the link.
----------

Your point was that those who keep silence could recognise Kosovo by default.
(aaayyy, 14 November 2011 11:44)

No, my point was and still is that those who keep silence, keep silence.
----------

It's much better to admit your mistake, than to keep denying obvious things.
(aaayyy, 14 November 2011 11:44)

Which obvious things are you talking about ? That “silence” means “silence” ? Of course that is obvious… That’s what I’ve always said; there can't be any mistake there.

icj, you remind me the worst students who try to make stupid excuses when caught red-handed instead of admitting their mistakes and learning their lessons better. Actually the latter type of students are usually much more respected and taken much more seriously.

Tadic and Stefanovic sell Kosovo step by step. To declare Kosovo and EU Integration as equal goals is unbelieveable: Kosovo is a part of Serbia, is serbian territory. The EU is a regional internatinal Organisation, which is directed against their own people and against states outside the EU. It is the full and undiscussiable Commitment of Serbia to defend its teritory and its people. - all people. This is the only legitimate function of a government and the state - and not to serve the EU, Nato or the german chancellor. Second class Serbs (Kosovo Serbs) used as negotiating mass is unacceptable. The next step of betraying serbias souvereignty is to find an agreement with the terrorist UCK to allow them representation in regional forums. Berlin, Brussels and Washington are laughing about the redicolous apeasement policy of Serbia. Serbia pretty easy to handle. In the past, Serbia was a proud and serious state. But now , Serbia is selling itself - for what? For the religion called EU.

There had been regulation on goods crossing the line into Kosovo, but it was done by ethnic Serbs, while Thaci decided to replace them with ethnic Albanians.
(aaayyy, 13 November 2011 20:50)

The regulation was done by UNMIK (I remind you that 1244 has been in force since 1999 and still is in force) and implemented by customs officers. How do you know that they were Serbs? Had they posted their birth certificates at the door of the customs’ office ?!

Come on, don’t become ridiculous with these weird ideas of selecting customs officers based on ethnicity. What do you want ? That Kosovo Customs sends to the crossings customs officers with Serb-sounding names ? I’m sure that can be easily arranged to satisfy your racist desires, but I don’t see what the difference would be in the management of the crossing compared to a customs officer with an Albanian-sounding name ?! Whether the name of the customs officer is Serbian, Albanian, Roma or whatever, they all are going to collect customs taxes as determined by UNMIK regulations and CEFTA agreements….
----------

...and what about Kosovo recognitions?
see, how simlple it is, everybody could do it, even you - just google "Kosovo recognitions" and here you are - here is a link for you
(aaayyy, 13 November 2011 20:50)

Great, thanks for the link which proves what I was saying in some other posts that only about 20 countries have said that they still recognize Kosovo as part of Serbia. You are, of course, welcome to list more countries from that link who have said that they still recognize Kosovo as part of Serbia in case I missed any.

If they don't want to call the line between Serbia and Kosovo "border crossing", they are free to call it whatever they want. The point is that everything crossing that line into Kosovo has to ovey UNMIK regulations.

""But the solution will have to acknowledge the special status of Brnjak and Jarinje. Serbia's goal is to confirm the six-point plan by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, Resolution 1244, the special status of Brnjak and Jarinje, and to ensure the Serbian state has influence and presence at these crossings," the team head explained."

Sure, all border crossings will be integrated and the agreement will label Jarinje and Brnjak as "special" to make Borislav happy. The agreement will indeed ensure that the Serbian state has presence at Kosovo-Serbia crossings (in case they don't have it already) to check the traffic of persons and goods entering Serbia from Kosovo.

This is indeed a very good agreement between Kosovo and Serbia because it will facilitate the customs controls at the crossings making life much easier for travelers. People and goods will not have to be checked twice, but only once at a common border post.

The only people that are doing any manipulation is you Mr. Stefanovic and your boss Tadic. Tadic and his sellouts in his government have fallen for the same old trick that our enemies have been using on us as long as we have existed. Turn a Serb ageist Serb and we will lose every time. I can’t believe that our people always fall for this oldest trick in the book. We can have any unity slogan in the world as many CCCC as we can imagine, but if we don’t start fallowing in what we preach in, there is no God and I don’t even care if he is Serbian as we say that can help us. We are our own worst enemy.

Stop dreaming and stop lying to serbs, serbia lost control over kosovo in year 1999, soon these criminals would be arrested in north and game over.
