That is because it probably never happened and if your 12 year old cousin is missing, then I suggest you check Italy, because thats probably where her parents sold her to.

The 12 years old was a boy, not a girl. Could you explain why 7 grown men killed a child that way?

The report of course did not examine how the Tribunal could have finished long ago, if not for the rampant corruption and incompetence of many of the investigators- as I eyewitnessed.
