Also should not count the villages how many people has, than you are in the Serbian province belong to legal country Serbia and you should only use word serbian minority and nothing more.

Please! 100 thousand Serbs south of the Ibar!!! Perhaps if we go back to 1998 before they were expelled. Now, only a couple of thousand remain. Were did you get your figures from? Thaci?

Every single international organism says that there are over 100 thousand Serbs south of Ibar. Only from Serbs I have seen this I know everything attitude that originates even when they are thousands of miles away. It looks like you visited the region more than a decade ago. If there were only a couple of thousands like you claim then how could they possibly fulfilled the conditions from the Ahtisari plan for new municipalities. Couple of thousands could not have made for new municipalities with Serbian majority such as: Novo Brdo, Partes, Ranilug, Klokot and Gracanica.
I truly respect the Northern Kosovo Serbs, its because of them that The Serbia Gov Is making these decisions, their region is putting up a fight every day against the enemy and god bless them.
The courage, and heart that they have is unbelievable and more Serbs that live in Serbia need to take note..

I am so glad that we have indivuals suach as Mike C and icj1 post sensible comments on this site. Agim Kelmendi where on earth did you get the figure of 100,000 Serbs living south of the Ibar?
Only recently the UN report (which was compiled by the Head of the Mission for EULEX),heavily critised the "woonderful" Thaci, basically for not listening to what he had been told and taking unilateral action at the end of July, which has since caused deaths and so much trouble. I cannot believe that no action has been taken against him, removal from power would be a start but maybe this is a sideshow in order to take the publicity away from the trial of his associate Limaj. No matter how much the International community attempts to flower up the Kosovo situation, a blind man can see how it is not working.With the help of the US,UK and Germany, the situation has now become worse than it had been for years, it would appear that the EU are not so wonderful after all. The only thing that is wonderful about them is the shiny new equipment and the heavily inflated wages that the pay to the EULEX staff members. I wonder why Europe/Euro is in such a financial mess, answers on a postcard.Perhaps it is time for all concerned to admit it has failed and bring back a UN mission, at least for the North, this will provide time in order that the situation is stabilised during any further talks.

Actually south of Ibar, are close to 100 thousand K-Serbs. I wonder where you got those figures?
A small village called Gorazhdevac , has close to 1500 K-Serbs, now you can imagen the rest of Kosova, south of Ibar!

Then the issue is solved already. There are no Albanian customs officers in Kosovo - there are only Kosovo customs officers who will implement UNMIK regulation no 3 of 1999 which requires goods entering Kosovo to pay customs taxes. What 9%, 49% or 99% of the Kosovars think is irrelevant. Resolution 1244 is still in force and UNMIK regulations have to be implemented.

If Serbia really cares for the survival of Serbian minority in Kosovo it must recognise Kosovo independence first; dismantle these the parallel institutions in northern Kosovo and enter in REAL talks with Kosovo government to reach REAL AND EFFECTIVE agreements on improving the relationships between Serbs and Albanians. Any other arguments regarding barricades or sovereignity is just Serbian political rhetorics.
