Asylum seekers could only have reached Serbia through an EU country.
Under EU rules, asylum seekers should seek asylum in the first safe country they enter. Most asylum seekers in Serbia will have past through Greece, in which case they should be immediately deported to Greece.

I love it! Serbia has to pay part of the prize of Natos war in Afghanistan despite not being a member of that pact..
This is just the beginning, more things will be ordered to do if wanting to join the bancrupt EU.
I hope this is a wakeup call for Serbia...

They should send the bill to Washington DC and Riyadh: the main reasons why a country like Serbia (and there are many more) has these asylum seekers in the first place. How did these people end up in Serbia in the first place? Are the flown into Kosovo and then smuggled/dumped across the administrative boundary? Serbia is not the first choice I would expect those people to go. Serbia will act fair if it sends them back because they cannot take care of them. Maybe the UK and other NATO countries should take their responsibility for these people leaving their home countries.

In a town reportedly of just over 6000, 2500 is a huge number.
No wonder the locals feel pressured.

"Perplexing: Serbia excepting Asylum seekers while Serbia's economy is in ruins.
(Yankee, 6 November 2011 18:59)"
Indeed Serbia should send all these pesky asylum seekers to Yankee Land ASAP where everyone knows the economy is BOOMING like anything! http://www.federalbudget.com/

Afghani asylum seekers have been convicted of rape in many major cities in Australia. In Sydney especially they have 'gang' raped women on numerous occasions to which the Mufti of the Islamic community responded: "what can you expect the women in Australia dress like pieces of meat"
