Italy’s per capita incomes are 8 higher than those of China. So they are asking money from the poor’s just to change nothing and keep on eating more than they do earn.

The reports would cut state spending and raise revenue in a bid to prevent the sovereign debt crisis from spreading to the eurozone's third largest economy.

This report is all about cutting social spending and imposing a straitjacket on already cash-strapped local governments but it says nothing about the Italian elites and organized crime which were allowed to remove their billions into the myriad of tax havens around the planet avoiding tax.

With Italian bond rates doubling to nearly 6.5% within the last year the omens are that Italy will pretty soon need a colossal bailout which no entity will be able to afford and at that point the whole EU edifice will be destined for the history dustbins.

Watch this space. The Euro crisis is getting very interesting.
