Serbia's not an isolated island somewhere in the middle of an ocean. Of course neighbors like Turkey or Germany have the right and duty to care for what is happening in Belgrade.

Damn right! It's time for Serbia to stop letting these outside countries from pushing their influences. You're no longer a country when all of your moves are decided by others. On the grand scale, Serbia has already been far more cooperative to the EU then anyone else in the region. Time to turn off the tap.

Actually it took more than a decade for Serbia to hand him over. I think the world pretty well knows that he was never in hiding.
