Why Thaci he not 'included' in the investigation - is this because of evidence of non-involvement in these crimes, or is this because of some kind of immunity? If it is a question of immunity, what happens when HIS immunity ends?

Thaci should sue. It would be good to see this matter in court - is he not suing because he cannot win?

Severe accusations about trafficking need to be fully investigated, and even a head of 'state' should not be given immunity.

Just wait and wonder! The "international community" will decide about the right moment to make the innocent lamb a sacrificial lamb. An even more interesting question might be, when the rats will be deserting the sinking ship.

so typically speaking, a lawsuit is brought forwards to the courts once there is sufficent evidence to call a cases. if there isn't then a case isn't called. if however there is, then one cannot simply sue because they were brought to court. so assuming that marty's evidence is collected and the subsequent trials yeild non-convictions, those defendants cannot turn around and sue. the courts will not allow frivilous cases before it, and as such one cannot sue over a legitimate case. if you could then every winning defendant would return back to the courts to sue the state or prosecution...

You can use as many as adjectives in English, Serbian, Russian and even Chinese if you like. Nothing will touch Thaci, except the real hard core proof. Find the proof and he'll be out in a matter of seconds.

Until then, unfortunately the kind of attitude that associates Thaci in Serbian circles, makes him stronger in Pristina. Doesn't take a genius to understand why but you and Marti would do everyone a favor, including Albanians, if you find really hard-core proof that implicates Thaci or any other K-Albanian politician with illegal activities.

To make it clear I will refer to a "popular" expression that is used here by Serbs when someone trashes Jeremic. That expression is: "Since Jeremic is pissing-off many Albanians, he must be doing something good". Draw your own conclusions now on how Jeremic rises in the eyes of those Serbs.

What I'm saying has nothing to do with being a Serb or Albanian. It's just general analytics on how the human brain works.

Good observation. That's how the brain of people (or better say: simpletons) is working. Feel free to add the fact that creating trouble elsewhere to detract attention from bigger core problems and other scandals is a method that works well for simpletons, too. The idea to 'stand behind your leader and defend him' is universal, but it works best in clan based pre-democratic societies. And all cumulates in attacking others to unify the own population.

I think Thaci is acting smartly!

The international investigation about Marty's pamphlet will bring most likely a miserable conclusions for the author. There is not even one single hard evidence. There is not even single name of a victim let alone a body or any evidence that a crime has happened. Yet Marty reported his pamphlet as sensational discovery of hard facts...

Thus Thaci is smart in waiting for
1. that international investigation clearly establishes that the report is based on fictions and provide not even one single hard proof and humiliates the author as politically motivated
2. waits that Marty's immunity ends: he still has immunity as a Swiss MP.

then Thaci strong with these 2 arguments can fry Marty at his will. I'm sure he will. I would.

are people fantasized with this article, the Albanian has not been charged with anything even though its a dirty rat, and if he was to "sue" it would make it more guilty, its clearly common sense, in which something i learned today
Also USA will say, "OMG what a great guy, hes truly innocent" these are the type of things you can do when you have one of the most power countries backing you up, just act a certain way and say a couple positive words and the problem will go away..
